First time tonight and all I have to say is it was amazing. Fist off the food was tasted so good. The bartender and cooks were amazing. I felt so comfortable and welcome. It was my 30th birthday party and this place was a blast. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal or a even better drink.

Was there for the Cajun food during Mardi Gras week. The place was packed at 1 pm. The food was awesome and the people were great. I really enjoyed the alligator bites and the honey mustard sauce they came with. The gumbo was also delicious. They also have a wide variety of beads for sale.

We come every year for the Cajun food, it’s the best around. Really hope the new owners keep the tradition going!

Great local place! Excellent Mardi Gras season menu! The entrees are delish, but you have to get the boudin balls “appetizer” and MUST save room for the white chocolate bread pudding! Surprisingly, I preferred the jambalaya over the gumbo, but order both and share! They are both delish! The gumbo has generous amounts of shrimp, sausage and chicken and the jambalaya has chicken and sausage in every bite. Good thing the menu is available for several days to try it all! All home made…you can see right into the kitchen and the aroma treats you to a virtual trip to New Orleans! “Laissez les bon temps rouler!”

Great local Bar with decent food. This is not a fancy restaurant, but it is all that it should be. Food, simple drinks, and relaxed attitude. It works.

Probably a really good bar but not a great place to eat. The service was slow and the food was very basic and bland.

Imagine if that one single male friend invites you over for dinner… in his basement man cave. That’s the vibe this place puts out. And it ROCKS! From the rock n roll and country pouring out of the jukebox to the neutral painted walls, you’d swear you wouldn’t be surprised if saw a washer and dryer sitting in the corner. You just can’t help but get into that party spirit. The beer is always ready, the food is great and all reasonably priced. Not your normal bar kitchen bill of fare. This place does Cajun! So set aside a Saturday, gather up some of the fun family and friends and hit this place up. It’s a real basement blast!

Decided to eat at my old hang out. The charbroiled bacon burger was delicious. And some of the best onion rings I’ve had!
