It’s always a fun experience when you stumble upon a business that winds up surprising you.
That’s exactly what happened at Stockton Fine Wines. It’s located in the quaint town of Stockton, NJ.
Once inside I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. This liquor store was much bigger than I expected. Everything is neatly displayed and organized. There are multiple rooms, with each room offering something different. There are two Wine rooms every bottle is neatly displayed and they carry so many different brands of fine wines from around the world. There is a Champagne room and they have a large variety to choose from. If that’s not your thing they also have an IPA room, and in the front they have all name brands of Gin’s, Vodka’s, Rum’s, Tequila’s you name it, they have it.
Stockton Fine Wines carries many brands of beers and IPA’s that you can get cold, or by the 4-6 pack along with wines and champagnes.
My boyfriend was so happy because he found one of his very favorite Single Malt which is hard to find in the US. ( I called 4 liquor stores and went through the owners and no one could get this except for Stockton Fine Wines.) It’s a Hennessy White Single Malt 25th Anniversary Cognac. We’ve only been able to purchase it in the Caribbean or Mexico because they stop selling it in the states.
They also have premixed drinks in cans, 15 different kinds of bitters. There is definitely something for everyone. I would highly recommend checking this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

Hello There
Really cool spot for beer, wine and liquor. I took a 30 min drive from PA to get there because they had some hard to find Vermont beers. The store itself is really unique and deeply stocked with an eclectic mix of everything. I’m used to bland PA state stores, so this was like walking into something out of Harry Potter ha.

Store was very well staffed and the guys working there were chill and friendly. I would definitely head back for some more hard to find beer.

The staff here is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Need a wine and not sure about a pick? Ask them. You’ll be glad you did. The same goes for anything else in the store. Importantly, they have the absolute best selection of Amaros of any liquor store I’ve been in.

Amazing variety, large selection, helpful workers, and prices very fair. Worth the drive from Lehigh Valley area. A lot of natural wine options that you can’t get anywhere nearby.

After striking out in Lambertville N.J. I found this gem on Maps.Great store great location and accessible parking. When I entered the premises I was greeted promptly and informed that if I needed help it was available.Vast selections that you can’t find in this PLCB controlled hell hole.Fine rums, tequilas and bourbons to match customers tastes and wallets.I found everything I was looking for, spent my fortune, and left happy that not only did I get everything I sought, but that they were fair prices Shout out to the employees who worked today. You have made a repeat customer out of me

Don’t let the small size fool you…I was so impressed by the wide variety of wine available here! My boyfriend and I pulled in for a quick stop, as we did not realize our dinner reservation was at a BYOB restaurant until we were in route. We stopped here, asked for some input about a robust Cabernet, and we were back on route to dinner in less than five minutes. And our choice of wine was perfection!

They have a much more extensive beer and whiskey section than either Walkers or WOW in Lambertville. They seem to get more allocated bourbon options as well. But some of the staff is friendlier than others. And they’re expensive when compared to PA. I understand independent stores need to adjust their prices accordingly so I’m not surprised at that. I took off one star for customer service. But I do like the store.

Though small as compared to large liquor stores the selections are excellent and the prices affordable for those of us on a retirement budget. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. It is our regular source.

Great location and selection. Their spirit prices are a bit high but they do carry some of the rare brands if you are willing to pay for them – they had Blanton’s recently, but wanted $160 for it
