Everything was amazing. My partner and i went for our 2 year anniversary. Our waiter was 10/10. Juan provided excellent service and catered perfectly for our needs. I told him secretly its our anniversary and he went all out and suprised my partner with a small anniversary cake. Would definitely recommend for the experience. The food was great too. Everything was fresh. Complements to the chefs also.

Always love visiting one of our Favourites in London-the hotel and this restaurant hold a special place in our hearts.
As we were off to the theatre nearby we chose STK as we knew we could have a good meal and have plenty of time to get to the show.
We opted for the happy hour menu instead of the pre-theatre as we didn’t want a big heavy meal, and I still can’t get over how well priced it is for the most amazing, beautifully tasting food!!
We had crispy chicken bites to share (£6) and cheeseburger and chips each (£9.99 each) like where else in London can you get a sit down meal for these prices?? The bread to start is complimentary, and they brought us over a slice of cake to celebrate our Anniversary! There were also alcoholic drinks offered in the £3, £6, £9 happy hour offer although we stuck to soft drinks. So if you’re after a meal between 3pm-6pm on a Friday I’d highly recommend.
One thing to mention is the one side of the restaurant wasn’t in use and there was drilling going on, which was a bit off putting whilst eating. I think if it was our first time eating here it may put us off revisiting so I’m glad we’ve been before to know how good it is on the whole.
Toilets are back out into the foyer and downstairs but they’re lovely and clean with Balmain branded toiletries.
On the way out the friendly guy on the door asked what we’d had to eat, and said he really recommends the mashed potato-so we’ll have to try that next time!

This atmosphere of this restaurant was really pretty and the service was really good. The waitress who served us was genuinely nice. But, the food was horrible and it is definitely not worth the amount we paid. Maybe we all got a bad batch or the food was reheated in oil but the fries and fried chicken were extremely oily which wasn’t the greatest. In addition, my friend ordered braised ribs mentioned how the ribs were really chewing and the mashed potato tasted grainy like it had a powder taste to it, which unfortunately I could confirm it did and the sauce around it was extremely bitter. The mac and cheese was probably the worst mac and cheese I’ve ever eaten it had different tastes each bite which made me physically sick and I could no longer continue to finish my meal. Furthermore we wished our server made it a bit more clear explaining the skewers being bought as a main but the skewers were really disappointing and they tasted salty and rubbery which was extremely disappointing. The drinks were disappointing unfortunately I would had preferred just ordering water as my main drink. Overall my experience wasn’t bad just the food was extremely disappointing and I appreciate the birthday cake if the food was better I would of considered coming back.

Lovely atmosphere, the music wasn’t to loud you. It took a while for my order to be taken but once it was taken the food arrived very quickly. I recommend the oyster rockerfella and a must for steak.

Happy Halloween and what a fantastic night we all had at STK london Strand wow the food was so good the vibe was electric! Staff -as aways -are so great! We had a lovely and fun waiter called Saud he was so nice! I really love this restaurant. Those prawns – OMG I think they are new on the menu because they were not there last year delicious, the black cod , the steak & the red velvet ahhhh wow dreaming about it all this am! My girls had a great time my mum and aunt even took a shot I had the best time! If you are looking for a resturant with good food, good music and a vibe – here you go! thanks ✨

We went to the NYE event. And the service is exactly what you expect from a high end restaurant. Professional, kind, and accommodating. However, food was not up to par. The steak carried the whole meal. But ive had better steaks for half the price. The sides were okay. The mac n cheese was bland as well as the creamed spinach. The jackpot potato was the best side. The atmosphere was way too damn loud. I was screamimg at my partner the entire meal. The music was good just way too loud. The best time was when the music cut off. I understand for the dancers to have the music louder but any other time the volume shouldnt have been so loud. That is why they get 3/5 star rating.

First off first time using the First Table app which was real easy. As im from out of town, i just looked around the map and filtered through the results to find somewhere i liked the look of. STK came up as having a 50% main on their A la Carte menu so i investigated further. It soon became apparent it was somewhere of quality and usually out of my price range. However, because of the offer, i placed a table booking. When my wife and i arrive, we were very surprised. The place is beautiful and the staff super friendly, from the doorman who help us get in with our wheelchair, to the our greeter and waiter. The food was amazing, the calimari starter was plentiful, i had my first taste of a picanha steak which was so tender and flavourful, my wife has a surf & turf fillet steak which she loved. We were so full we couldnt manage a dessert. All in all, such a great food experience which we would never usually could afford, made possible by both First Table and STK Strand. Thank you guys for a memorable London break.
