I had an absolutely amazing experience at STK Steakhouse Rooftop, and the highlight of the night was our server, Maria.
From the moment we were seated, Maria brought such warm and friendly energy to the table. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely excited to help us have the best possible experience. She walked us through the options and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect.
The food was incredible, perfectly cooked steak, delicious sides, and beautifully crafted cocktails — but Maria truly elevated the entire evening. She checked in at all the right moments, kept our table flowing smoothly, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Maria was exceptional, we’ll definitely be back!

STK in the Meatpacking District is not your father’s steakhouse and that is exactly the point. The DJ is spinning the lighting is moody the crowd is dressed up and the steaks are excellent. The bone-in ribeye is my go-to thick well-marbled cooked with a crust that shatters when you cut into it. The truffle fries are addictive and the sliders are perfect for the table to share while you decide on your main course. What STK understood before most other steakhouses is that the dining experience is about more than just the food. The energy matters the music matters the feeling you get when you walk in matters. And they nail all of it. This is where you go for a birthday dinner a celebration a night out that you want to remember. The cocktail program is strong and creative with presentations that match the vibe of the room. The service is professional and friendly they read the energy of each table and adjust accordingly. The Meatpacking District has reinvented itself multiple times over the years and STK has been a constant through all of it. That staying power tells you everything about the quality. It is not a gimmick restaurant that happens to serve steak. It is a great steakhouse that happens to also be a great night out. Both things can be true and at STK they are.

ordered the filet mignon medium rare. It was cooked correctly, but it wasn’t as tender as I expected, and a few bites were a little tough. The flavor was okay, just not quite what I was hoping for. The dessert at the end wasn’t really my thing either — it was a bit too sweet for my taste.
On the positive side, the atmosphere was great and the staff were super friendly and attentive, which definitely helped the overall experience. Overall, it was a nice night out, but for me the food didn’t quite justify the price

Our waiter Atom was amazing, we loved him. His energy, charisma, and sense of style were all charming. All recommendations were also perfect for our group of four.
The crab fondue, tuna tartare, and wagyu potstickers were sensational, as was the herb butter bread. They leave you wanting more.
We ordered the California wagyu and port house steaks, which came with an array of tasty sauces. The steaks were succulent and the sauces were divine. The creamed spinach and crispy Brussels sprouts complemented all of this well.
Our group also enjoyed one of each dessert…and my gawwwwd. Perfection. The crust on the apple pie was a nice balance between crumbly and butter. And the cheesecake was perfectly smooth. All in all, great meal and great service. Thank you, Atom and STK!

Had an incredible experience at STK Steakhouse! The caviar was luxurious and the porterhouse was cooked perfectly , rich, juicy, and full of flavor. The Maine Lobster Linguine was definitely a standout: tender lobster, a creamy tomato-lemon-garlic sauce, and parmesan that tied everything together beautifully. Absolutely delicious.
The vibe is chic and lively, making it the perfect spot for birthday celebrations, holiday gatherings, or any special night out. Service was warm and attentive, and the whole experience felt elevated from start to finish.

10/10 vibe & food. William was our waiter and he had us rolling from the start. Very charismatic and knows the menu. The wagyu starters were out of this world. Live DJ was on point the entire time with the music. He played a wide variety. Drinks are super fire! Plates are about $$$ but soo worth it. Treat yourself everyone once in while with some good food and vibes!!!

My son brought me here 11/21 for my bday. Parking is atrocious in the area. We enter and immediately brought to the top floor and seated. The waiter was friendly enough, big burly dude. Talkative, but not overly. Atmosphere very played back, chill and cozy. Over looking the Hudson? ♂️. The food was very good with good flavor. I ordered a burger with fries. Burger was scrawny, but good…. my son ordered filet and mac&cheese. He enjoyed it. I also ordered their short rib quesadilla(which never came). Once we asked for the bill, they brought over a plate covers with cotton candy. The waiter proceeds to pour a liquor over the cotton candy and light it, to reveal a bday mini cake/tart? This was a nice surprise on the restaurants part, as the waiter asked us upon our arrival waht the occasion for our visit was. The desert, (while heavy on brandy), was very good! After my son paid. We lingered for a bit, but not once did we fell rushed.
The place had a steady infulx of customers. All in all we both had a very good time. And I would come back, maybe with my wife.

Eduard was so amazing and so kind! We are part of the hospitality industry and giving both of us such a wonderful and warm occasion to quietly celebrate the new year was really above and beyond. Eduard is also not shy to really talk about life and be sensitive towards the wellbeing of his guests.
