Now onto the food, $21 for COLD COLD COLDDDD asparagus with absolutely zero flavor. like no flavor whatsoever.!!
our steak was good we got the dry aged new york steak. I will say it doesn’t come with any sides or butter you have to pay $15 for butter but it came with sauce…but they didn’t have any of the sauces i wanted because they ran out. also got truffle fries, didnt taste an ounce of truffle on that and they were out of ranch. Don’t know if that makes me sound like a brat but I really don’t want fries if I can’t have my ranch. It’s my ketchup equivalent. Caviar was good. For dessert we got the most bland disgustingggggg cookie with icecream. BJs and the grocery store make better cookies. It reminded me of a school lunch muffin cookie? Idk I spat it out in my napkin.
Reminder we got there around 8pm and finally got out steak at 10pm. Absolutely diabolical!!!
service was ok but did not make up for everything else. and if were gonna be spending a minimum of $300 um gonna need my ranch when i ask for it…. oh and the food better actually be worth it?
will let everyone know all the better steak house options in bellevue:
daniel’s broiler
joeys
chick-fil-a, (no seriously tho)
shake shack
cheesecake factory.
Food was flavorful and service was excellent.
The lights and music set the mood and wasn’t over powering for conversation.
We couldn’t leave a more positive review about our waiter Cody and the staff who checked in while we dined. Cody was pleasant- checked for allergies prior to our meals and had great ideas on what to try for our first time to this establishment.
Highly reccomend a steak (ours was cooked to perfection and the braised beef short ribs. (Portions were plenty. )
Anyways, we had the privilege of being served by Lili And thoroughly enjoyed the date night special for two! It was only $69 a person and it came with two appetizers two sides, two entrées, a bottle of wine and dessert! A ridiculously great deal… The only thing that made the deal better was getting served by Lili. She was a delight to have around the table, full of energy, good vibes and even brought out complementary champagne for our celebratory date night tonight. To top off the wonderful experience, throughout the night several servers and even the manager stopped by to say hi and asked if we needed anything.
What were we celebrating you ask? How amazing our relationship has been thus far!! Thank you, Jesus!
If you are considering checking this steakhouse out, I’d 10/10 recommend!
Perhaps, I’m too tough but its in the context of the spend and lots of comparables. This restaurant is on the ground floor with zero views out. They’ve done a nice job of the design and atmosphere generally speaking. But, there are very nice steakhouse restaurants at this level of spend nearby in Bellevue and Seattle with beautiful views. As far as the food, everything cooked fairly close to our liking, perhaps a tad to the underside on the steaks but rather that than overcooked. My steak, the 12oz Ribeye, came with a nice dipping sauce – just perhaps i had higher expectations and have had better. As the steak comes with no sides I got the mashed potatoes at extra costs which is fine and not out of ordinary at this price point. It just starts to really add up including salads, veggies, potatoes, butter, everything priced separately. The drinks were good. The service was 4 and not 5 star in my book. Several different servers asking us the same question moments apart like they don’t communicate was a bit annoying. The ambiant sound level was good and ok for conversation given the place was full.
Some room for improvement in places, but I would recommend for a nice dinner. Perhaps, check nearby comparables and reviews to see what works best. Should note the pics taken were early, and it did fill up to capacity by the time we left. Reservations probably needed on certain nights which we did.
*Warning!*
I’ve worn heels to many restaurants and have been on many types of floors, but this is the first time I’ve almost broke my neck walking around the place lol. Be very mindful when wearing heels or any shoe that doesn’t have as much traction as a sneaker. I slipped multiple times and had to walk like I was on ice. Other ladies I was with told me they’ve shared that experienced and we’re all struggling to walk around too. They only had carpets going down the ramp areas from what I noticed. This is just coming from someone who is very familiar with walking/dancing professionally in heels as well as being in healthcare and thinking of hazards + fall risks
The food was very pricey for what ended up being kind of mid. It was still a great presentation and tasty.
The place was clean and it has a nice, chic ambiance with mostly low light. There is a back room for larger parties that you can reserve (we sat here) and you still get good service even though you’re further back.
One side, an entree, 2 cocktails and adopting a fraction of the birthday girls bill (not even $15) and 20% gratuity it came to $180. ouch..
Overall I had a great time and think my experience was really made by the customer service. They all worked cohesively, were kind, courteous, and made you feel special – there were no mistakes, no delays, etc. I do recommend if you don’t mind dropping extra $$$ and really wanting to have a “wow” factor to your celebration. It’s an expensive option otherwise.
Happy hour dishes were significantly delayed, with several only arriving after multiple reminders to our server. Although the lounge-style atmosphere was lively, the pacing issues overshadowed it.
Dinner was the highlight—the ribeye and potato gratin were both excellent. However, a drink was accidentally spilled on me, soaking my dress and coat, and no offer of help or dry cleaning was made. Even more concerning, the same drink was served to my friend instead of being replaced.
I was drinking non-alcoholic beverages that evening and honestly found myself wishing I had joined the others in drinking to make the experience feel a bit better.
While the main entrees were great, service is a key part of dining. Based on this visit, I would not return.
