Went for the first time yesterday for an early dinner. We had edamame, dumplings and kimchi to start. Ramen and sashimi for dinner. The dood.was tasty. We thought the ramen noodles were a little tough and the fish sliced a bit thick. All in all, we had a good meal.

Ooh my god the best experience ever I advise everyone to visit this restaurant because it is out of the world real Japanese culture with real traditional Japanese dishes the chef knows what he is doing brought Japanese culture to greenport the best Japanese restaurant I have ever eat, I advise everyone to try it because the taste of the food is unreal good, the ingredients are carefully chosen and you can see that the time invested is effort and work on the quality of the food and the experience itself, Well done to the Chef from Japan!! ⭐️

Best ramen on the east end. Both seafood and miso ramen taste good depending on whether you prefer a light umami flavor or a bold and rich flavor. Ordering one of each to share gets you the best of both worlds. Also, tempuras are quite good too.

We just had an impromptu Sweet Sixteen party there, and with only one day’s advance notice, the restaurant prepared a feast, and treated everyone so well. Everyone was flabbergasted when the birthday cake arrived, served by a robot wearing a bow tie!
This is a very special place!

You wouldn’t think you could find great sushi nearly at the end of the North Fork of Long Island but you can at Sterling Sake. Everything from the edamame to the sushi to the ramen is thoughtfully designed and perfectly prepared. Not surprisingly, the owner is Japanese and brings that vibe to the restaurant.

Loved the heated toilet seat and bidet. The cleanly atmosphere made me feel like I was sitting on my own thrown, like a home away from home but like a palace, for bodily excretions. Beautiful artwork and amazing vibe. Food was good too

Such a nice time at Stirling Sake last night ♥️ We sat at the bar and slurped beautiful bowls of ramen (I had the seafood ramen and my husband had the chicken ramen…) while the cold sheets of rain drenched the street and sidewalks and fogged the windows…

The sushi is made with real fish; not farmed!

Get the vegi soup with soba noodles and add beef.

Also there’s a lemon sake… I forget the name just ask about it.

This is the best advice I can give you but besides that truly enjoy!

An OK spot. I tried to call to make a reservation and got a busy signal on a few attempts, then finally got through and got put on hold so long (more than 10 minutes) that I finally hung up. But when I arrived the place wasn’t busy at all. It’s a cute space with muted decoration and an impressive sake collection on display. Looks like the kind of place that would have good sushi, but they only have the usual mass-imported standards other than one local catch a day. I ordered this (blackfish) and it was good. I also got duck ramen — the smoked local duck was amazing, but the shio broth was almost inedibly salty. Tonkotsu ramen was better. And the sake we chose was delicious. Service was cranky and/or aloof, but it’s Long Island. Best Japanese food in Greenport, anyway.

Wow. What can I say. Maybe the best ramen I’ve ever had. The yuzu sake was also incredible. Kimchi ramen was amazing, waitress was lovely. Good green tea selection. I only wish I could go again
