Neshaminy Mall may be a dead mall but this is still one of the few reasons I’d go. It’s standard “Chinese mall food court” food on paper. But I tend to enjoy it a lot more than most comparable places. The food tastes better, less oversauced maybe. Gotten to know the staff over the years. It’s hard to see the place around much longer given that Neshaminy Mall is hanging by the thinnest of threads. But I am looking to enjoy them while I can.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand small businesses struggle, but this experience genuinely made me uncomfortable. This place is in a dead mall and somehow still managed to feel tense. The staff didn’t greet me at all. When I walked in, the workers immediately started speaking in another language while staring at me, and the entire energy shifted. The same woman who was friendly before suddenly acted cold and distant when another man appeared. It felt weird, unprofessional, and honestly unsettling. Food service is about hospitality. If customers feel unwelcome, judged, or uncomfortable just standing at the counter, that’s already a major problem. I came to pick up food, not to feel like I walked into an environment where I wasn’t wanted. After experiencing that energy, I no longer felt confident trusting the food. Call it intuition, call it vibes, either way, I listened to it. When people don’t treat you with basic respect, it makes you question everything behind the scenes. If you value being acknowledged, treated kindly, and made to feel comfortable while ordering food, I’d strongly reconsider coming here. I know I won’t be back. I do also want to mention that I’ve heard from a few people and reviewed that they’re against blk ppl! They only act like that with blk ppl! My partner isn’t of color and told me that wasn’t their experience at all. I was told the women was super friendly and smiling with them. The guy once before even looked at me very evil. There’s only one woman and one man I always see there. SHAME ON YALL TWO!

What a great place for mall Chinese. Fresh and Tasty with pretty big portion. While both the fried rice and the lo mein are really good i opt for there vegetables which are pretty awesome. I come here pretty often and its always just a great place.

The food is good but they are racist against black people. I eat there when I visit the mall and they treat me like dirt dont appreciate my dollar and they are not kind to me. I have literally been getting served and they servers were talking to me with attitudes and then their mood changed for the white customers behind me. And these customers were literally talking to the servers like trash get smart yelling at them and all. They will not great you if you are black they try to ignore you and hope you leave but will put on the biggest smile with the most kind hello for white customers.

I believe they’re bias..don’t go here ever of you want good customer service…my friend ordered multiple plates of food, but when she went to pay. The cashier would not let her pay with our debit card. She kept pressing something on the machine to try to make it look like her card was fraudulently used..all because they wanted cash because it was such a large amount.. So my friend went to the bank and they said it was nothing wrong with her card. And most importantly they didn’t even see the transactions being put in or even being attempted for use. Wasn’t even all that great anyway.. the noodles were very oily and the chicken was over cooked.
