So basically I asked for the 1 one item meal. Which is around 8 dollars, she proceeded to tell me it was 11 dollars and I told her I only got 1 item she told me I got 2 it was only chicken in the box so how is that 2 items? I tell her I only wanted one item and she said I gave you double, please tell me why you gave me double when I asked for 1 if you’re still gonna charge me for for 2. She then SCAPED OFF A SIDE OF MY CHICKEN and charged me the 8 dollars. I sit down and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. I threw it up in the trash can because I couldn’t even swallow it.

Didn’t receive ANY shrimp in my SHRIMP fried rice. the workers did not allow me to exchange my food after I let them know I was dissatisfied because it’s “policy”. I ordered only one meat and was charged for 2 because she gave me “double meat”. This restaurant is unbelievable. My total should’ve only come out to about $11 and I ended up paying $16. Never again. As much food as asian restaurants produce daily, swapping out two scoops of meat shouldn’t be an issue.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The staff completely ignored me when I walked in. I stood there for what felt like forever while they took everyone else’s orders around me. Not a single person acknowledged my presence. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. It’s beyond frustrating to be treated this way, especially when you’re a paying customer. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time here – there are plenty of other spots that know how to treat their customers right! Go to the next spot beside them lady was so nice and welcoming

Came in from out of town and tried this place at a recommendation from a family member. I asked for a sample of one of the chickens so I could decide what I wanted and the lady said “no samples.” Ended up getting lo mein, fried rice, and sesame chicken. The chicken was soggy the rice had zero flavor and the lo mein tasted like cardboard. I ate two bites and went back to complain, but they wouldn’t give me a refund. Not worth your money, eat somewhere else. Also the main lady was super rude.

Ordered 3 item combo.. I was charged for 4 items because I got noodles with it. Nothing on menu indicated that the noodles or rice counted as an item. Every other establishment of this type provide this as a base of the meal. I will not be coming back
