Let me preface this by saying this is an airport bar/restaurant which is operated by HMS Host.
HMS Host is known for operating airport venues and they do. not. care. about service or the quality of food. It is important to keep this in mind.
That being said, this establishment is pretty low end. It is dirty. The food is mediocre and the service is horrendous. Draft beer was out, as were a few other food and beverage options.
Thanasi was the “bartender” and was super rude and condescending to patrons. This place is stuck on the “scan the QR code” script and a traveler from another country who did not have a phone had to borrow one from another person.
The bar, kitchen and seating area were filthy and the only thing dirtier than the bar was the attitude of the staff.
Avoid this spot and try one of the other HMS Host locations in the airport, you may have better luck.

Deceptive menu! I ordered the mushroom pizza. According to their menu, it came with mushrooms, carmelized onions, roasted peppers and mojo sauce. Instead, what I received was a pizza with a few mushrooms and red sauce. When I showed the waitress what was on the menu she acted like she had never seen the menu before and literally said “I’m reading it now.” She offered to add onions to the pizza, but as you can see they definitely weren’t carmelized. Very disappointing experience and virtually no care from the restaurant team, not even an apology. I would not recommend.

Whoever the lady is that runs the food is the rudest lady in PBI airport. She has a very well practiced “nice nasty” attitude. The food was okay…….. 3/9/26 3:57 the lady working this shift. Terrible. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. If you do not like serving people go find another job.

What a joke of a place.
The airport authority needs to give another business this space. Stinger Rays is a dump. The customer service is awful. Tables are dirty, barely bussed, takes forever to get your order and the prices for what you get are outrageous! Had better pizza in my college dining hall!! I’ve given them several chances given my frequent travels but tonight is it! Sorry.

Looking at the reviews . But things aren’t always like others make it out to be. , drinks at the airport are always expensive. But beer prices here are reasonable. The flatbread pizzas are on point for an airport . The scanner code to order is a little frustrating. The bartender Randy was very helpful to everyone who had a problem. . Overall I really don’t see a problem with this spot. ♥️

Absolutely terrible experience. The pizza was overly salty, and the sausage and bacon were completely burnt and rock hard. Totally inedible.
The service was a disaster. The staff was extremely rude, showed zero patience, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. We waited forever for our order, and when it was finally ready, no one bothered to give it to us. When we asked about it, we were met with attitude and annoyance instead of help.
This is an airport restaurant — people are tired, rushed, and paying premium prices. Serving burnt food with this kind of attitude is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff here are obnoxious. Not sure of the waitresses name, but she wore glasses with dark hair in a pony. She was incredibly rude to numerous people. One couple walked away to another place. A young girl waiting for pizza left in tears and a man confronted her briefly before leaving. If you don’t like people, maybe the service industry isn’t for you.

Last Thursday we watched the waiter and the bartender literally tag team on a customer right in front of us insulting him for not using their so-called “system” properly. The woman was practically in tears.
Never seen anything as rude and embarrassing. She told us she’s filing a complaint with the West Palm Beach airport. Good for her..Avoid this awful place at all cost.
