We stopped in for lunch for the first time. This place was called Taste of Asia before. I like the new name better. We only tried two dishes and both were good. The Lao Curry Noodle soup was especially yummy. Something unique tasting about it. Would like to come back and try the other dishes. The people are friendly. The service is different in that you place your order at the front desk with the options items you want added to the dish then you get a pager to let you know when it’s ready for pickup from the kitchen.

I’m so thankful I found this place! The food is excellent! I love the bold flavors! The Lao curry noodle soup is the best curry soup I’ve ever had(as a person who is usually disappointed in currys or soups because of the flavor blends). I also love that they have lavender and rose boba teas. The rose is a lighter tea if you don’t want a heavy drink but the lavender is creamier.
The Koor Mee Lao is delicious and flavorful. The beef pho soup is also excellent and delicious!! Possibly the best pho I’ve had as well. I also tried the red curry which was delicious!
Not everyone knows how to do flavor but these people do! Their homemade chili oil and their sriracha is great and I’m normally not a fan of the flavor of sriracha. I will be back and I definitely recommend this place!

A hidden gem! They had an incredible menu of vegan options, at an incredible price! The sweet peanut curry and fresh roll were delicious. And the pandan boba was (although a little watery, but that usually happens with dairy-free milk, so not a big deal). The fried rice wasn’t very oily at all (I don’t know how they did it!). I love the vibe in the restaurant, super cute decor and plants and great to go with friends/on a date! The food came out incredibly fast, and the staff was super friendly (I watched a very busy staff member drop everything and run to help an older man walking with his food to his car, and thought it was so sweet!). I do wish that they had plates or bowls rather than the single-use take-out containers.
Overall, I’m so happy to see so many vegan options, loved the vibe, and I can’t wait to come back!

This place is a complete vibe! The owner did an amazing job decorating and creating such an amazing atmosphere to eat, hang out, relax with friends and get some tasty food! The portions are perfect and prices so affordable. You can get such a variety of items without breaking the bank. The spring rolls were to die for! And the pho and dumplings I had were also so delicious. Our entire table ate every last bite of everything we had. This fast casual, Asian fusion concept is your next favorite dinner spot. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. It does not disappoint! Just look how cute it is!!!

Just had an amazing lunch here with wife and friends. Love the complete renovation, the atmosphere, the food and the super friendly staff. I spoke directly with one of the owners, she was the sweetest. This is a must try whether you are vegan or not. A must try if you are interested in great food . I know we will be back many times!

First, I was THRILLED to find a Vegan restaurant!Secondly, I learned Stiks is formerly Taste of Asia.
I called to ask questions the online menu couldn’t answer. They pointed out what I already knew: they don’t take orders over the phone. I was treated like a nuisance because I wanted to know about the difference between certain noodles & dishes they have – not all oriental type restaurants serve the same dishes the same way. My call was passed around with annoyance because they expected me to blindly order & pay a lot of money at a restaurant I’ve never been to. I made my online order but the order didn’t go through. Then I was told to go in & order AGAIN! This was the REAL nuisance: I was already late for something important but had to wait even longer! Still, I was ready to drop dead from having nothing to eat all day.
Finally, a blond-haired lady had a friendly chat with me while I ordered. During the wait, she gave me a sample of the Lavender Boba, which was good but contained coconut milk (NOT ETHICAL IF PICKED BY MONKEYS).
My order came out quickly. I paid for: side order of Fried Rice, Pad Thai with Tofu & “Small Bites” Fried Tofu (I included photos). Soy sauce wasn’t needed for the tofu & fried rice like they typically do. I really enjoyed the tofu cooked well & never had it fried in this manner. I had a few bites of the Pad Thai, which tasted unique. My favorite parts of all dishes was the tofu, which filled me up quickly, leaving a good portion of leftovers. Another plus I noticed: none or very little oil stains at the bottom of each box I usually see in mainstream oriental food.
I might stop by again. But I didn’t like how my phone call was handled. The blond lady’s comments about the restaurant being Vegan centered only on health/diet. I was disappointed there were no aspects of ethical standards towards animals. I admit that under my complicated circumstances, I can’t maneuver a consistent Vegan diet in an animal-consuming society like I used to have the ability to do. So, I’m certainly not “perfect” – & neither is Stiks a.k.a. Taste of Asia.

This was sooooo good! We had a mix of vegan and non vegan options and everyone loved what they had and couldn’t wait to try something different when they returned. Such a great atmosphere with sustainable packaging. Definitely a hidden gem!

Stiks has a fun vibe, and the food was great. I was a little overwhelmed with the menu, not being too familiar with the options. I was glad the toppings were on the side, so I could taste them separately. I really enjoyed it, especially as a “light” tasting meal (like didn’t make me feel heavy like a lot of places do after eating out). Give it a try!

I was very happy to discover Stiks! They have vegan options like the curry noodle soup and pad thai without the egg or fish sauce. My husband really liked the way they make the fried tofu. All the food tasted great and came out so quickly! You control the spice level at their condiment area next to the food pick up window inside. It’s a very casual place to chill and spend some time. I could recommend that the place get some cushions to pad the seats in their dining room, as they all do not have padding and we felt a little bit sore by the time we finished the meal. Would love to come back next time we’re in the area.

Ordered chicken Pad Thai. The chicken was bland and dry, like rotisserie chicken that was just laid out on top, not even stir fried in with the noodles. The actual noodles and sauce was decent. No lime slice. The Thai boba tea was not good, I couldn’t even finish the drink.
