My husband and I got the brisket and pulled pork mac and cheese bowls. They were delicious! Both the brisket and pulled pork were juicy and tender on their own but we also added the bbq sauce on top which pulled the whole dish together! The mac and cheese was homemade, it has a smoky and light spice flavor to it. We asked the owner about it and he said he smokes the four different flavors of cheeses himself and ages them to retain that smoky flavor. On top of all that, the couple who run the business are great, accommodating folks who were happy to make us feel welcome. All in all, an enjoyable flavor experience with a great view of the area! We definitely recommend stopping by!

Pulled pork and brisket were amazing – smoky and not dry. There are three craft sauces available at the cart so you can squeeze out as little or as much as you want, or try all three flavors.
Sides were great and portions were big. You won’t leave here disappointed or hungry!
