Stickmen Happy Valley features wood-fired pizzas, salads, 30 taps, local wines, and craft cocktails. The 6,000 sqft air conditioned interior with counter service is perfect for grabbing a beer with a friend or dinner with a large group. Just like our other locations we are family-friendly and allow dogs on the patio.

I have an amazing experience everytime I come here! The bartender Lauren is amazing and always so kind! Micah, Bethany, and Dom make the most amazing pizzas! Micah made this one for me and it was delicious! I always go here and feel so welcomed and cared about. My favorite place because of these employees!

This place used to be good. Now, the pizza is burnt and extremely thin crust. It took us 40+ mins to get our food. The beer is still good, but it’s just not worth it anymore. There’s also lights flashing from their arcade display that I assume would help parents get a break from their overactive kids, but in trade the vibes and atmosphere is not enjoyable. I’m hoping the other locations are a lot nicer.

The Stickmen in Happy Valley is staffed now by marvelous people. They are truly happy, cheerful and they do care about the customers and their place of work. They are always sweeping and cleaning table tops and retrieving glasses and plates. At opening they are ready to serve. They greet when a person walks in and thank you for the business when leaving. The bathrooms are not only clean but have a fresh spell. As a regular, they KNOW YOU BY NAME. WE GREATLY APPRECIATE THE ENTIRE STAFF. Rebuilding takes time with new staff. Yes, the pizzas do at times are burned on the outside edges but I have heard few complaints of food quality. Everyone has different taste buds and opinions. I don’t know OLCC regulations as to who is allowed to surve alcohol. Maybe that is the reason the food preparation staff don’t pour beer. But I know they listen with great interests to customer in put.

Overall, good place to catch lunch on a weekday. I had a pizza with pear, gorgonzola, and arugula. The mix between the salty sweet gorgonzola dolce, the spicy arugula, and the fruity pear made for a nice bite. One pizza can easily feed two people or one person with eyes bigger than their stomach like me I paired the pizza with a blackberry ale that was very good and not too sweet. I ended the meal with a nitro coffee porter, that had the right amount of bitterness and coffee taste. It wasn’t too creamy or flat like nitros can sometimes be. The lunch price is good, and I look forward to trying more of the pizzas on the menu. It won’t knock your socks off, but it makes for a good casual lunch and is reasonably priced.

Stickmen Brewing – Happy Valley
We stopped in at Stickmen Brewing in Happy Valley and were disappointed with the overall experience. The setup is walk-up style — you order at the bar, and the food is made to order. That’s fine in theory, but in practice it didn’t flow very well.
Our food came out at completely different times, so we couldn’t actually eat together. The biggest issue came when it was time to pay. You have to stand in line again at the bar to cash out, and my uncle ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to pay while several staff members stood around. I even asked one of them about helping, and they explained they couldn’t because they weren’t OLCC licensed — and that their manager was running late for their shift. Meanwhile, my uncle had to stay in line or risk losing his spot.
On top of that, there were kids running literal laps around the restaurant, ducking under tables, and no one stepped in to manage it. It made the whole place feel chaotic.
The bright spot of our visit was Apollo, who made a great pizza and actually communicated with us. They deserve recognition — and honestly, a raise and an OLCC license so they can help customers more effectively.
Overall, the food was just okay, but the disorganization and lack of management really hurt the experience. Hopefully they can tighten up service, because the space and concept have potential.

To say the pizza is thin crust would be giving them far too much credit. The crust was about 2mm thick and had disintegrated in parts of the middle. Without exaggeration, it was the worst pizza I’ve ever received at a restaurant.
The staff and the atmosphere were fine though, so I’ll give them 2 stars.

Overall, I thought the food was pretty good. A little expensive, but still good for how much food you get. However, the service is pretty shotty. I don’t drink alcohol, and when I asked if they could make me something without it, or inquired about any of their NA options, they gave me a lot of attitude. Really unfortunate since I can’t drink and wasn’t being rude about it or anything. If you are going to serve NA options, and have a full bar, you should probably be more accommodating to those of us who can’t have alcohol, even though it’s a taproom.

We went in the late afternoon and no other customers were inside. Large cavernous area with plenty of seating. We had to order at the counter, pay in advance (plus a tip not knowing anything about the food or service), and seat ourselves. The food was delivered to us but no one ever came back to check on us or the food. One of the pizzas wasnt that good and my wife wouldn’t return. We had to bus our own table when we finished.

The pizzas, drinks, and salads are great but the service is terrible. I waited over 20 minutes to just order a pizza over the phone one time and then another time, called about twenty times before someone even answered the phone. And then when we went and got the pizzas, they forgot the ranch for the pizza, which is fine, we should have double checked.
Edited to add: it actually took them 40 minutes to answer and actually take my order.

I went here for a nice Friday night dinner with my dad. We got there and bout to order drinks and the lady at the bar said she couldn’t accept my ID.
That has NEVER happened to me before. I’ve eaten there plenty of other times and they accepted my ID. I understand that I look young for my age, but I’m 28 and have a VALID STATE ISSUE LICENSE. I was mortified, confused, and a little humiliated. The worse part is the lady wouldn’t tell me why she can’t accept it. Never gave a reason.
So therefore I’m no longer coming here if I’m gonna be treated that way. Thanks stickmens pizza you just lost a whole family for your business.
