Was shocked that this place not only had a separate vegan menu, but a large one at that! Has to stop by for dinner while passing through Jersey. As a longtime vegan, I honestly miss little things like being able to stop in a hole-in-the-wall plaza place for some cheap, fried junk food, and this place did it all, but vegan!

First Visit: Stewart’s Root Beer is simply the best. Even the Diet Root Beer is delicious, and doesn’t taste like diet. The staff is very nice – they’re young and hard-working; be kind to them. Second Visit: This time I ate a meal. I got a veggie burger, salad, and vegan onion rings (and, obviously, diet root beer in a frosted mug with unlimited refills). I was shocked and pleased at the high quality and fair pricing. I got the smaller veggie burger, which was excellent, and still big enough that I took half home. The side salad was literally fresher and better than ones I’ve had at expensive restaurants, and had a variety of veggies, even Greek olives! I also tried the vegan onion rings; I was surprised and happy that there was a vegan menu. Normally, I wouldn’t touch an onion ring, because I don’t like stuff fried in animal fat, but since these were vegan, I gave them a try. They were delicious, crispy and fresh. My friend got a pizza burger and fries and said they were excellent. Our waiter was so cute, maybe 15? 16 tops; he was attentive and working so hard. He kept checking to make sure we were happy, and he was cleaning everything to keep the place sparkling and sanitary. Next time I want to try an egg cream.

Ridiculous delivery fee . Online order fee. And credit card fee . Why would anyone order from here . You can get a whole other meal. Plus tip if delivery. I thought online order was for your convenience, and then you charge . Everyone stop going there

We missed coming here because of the last few years and it didn’t disappoint! The food was great (fat sandwich ), Dylan was super attentive and congenial, and it was overall a wonderful experience today!

We stopped here after seeing their vegan menu in the window. There’s plenty of parking. Very clean inside. We were greeted and seated promptly. The employees were nice and made sure we had what we needed the entire visit (water, sauces, the check). The food was really well made! We ordered everything off the vegan menu: Chik’n fat cat, Cali beyond burger with curly fries and a hot dog with onions and relish. Everything was cooked well. Fries were perfectly crispy. Veggies were fresh. The fat sandwich wasn’t messy (how?!) and nothing was overly greasy. Will definitely be back!

Stewarts by far makes the best buffalo wings, falafel sandwichesand gyros that I have ever had! They are consistently good, and I feel very affordable their delivery. People are very nice also.

I love this place! I always get the BLT and Mozzarella Sticks. And of course my Stewart’s Cream Soda. The food is great and I can’t eat it in one sitting. The delivery is always early and the food is yummy!!! 🙂
