Stew Leonard’s Wine and Spirits has a great selection and friendly staff. I always enjoy browsing and trying something new.
My most recent visit was to attend their Blooms and Bubbly event where while sampling some wine selections, you create a custom flower arrangement and a charcuterie board. The hosts were very friendly and patient with everyone. It was a great value and nice event to attend with family, friends, or meet new people. I will continue to check their event list and attend more. Highly recommend checking it out!

The events just keep getting better and more creative. The Blooms and Bubbly flower arranging and charcuterie board event was so much fun! The flowers as you can see were just gorgeous! I didn’t get a picture of my husband’s creative board making skills but will definitely be putting them to use in the future. Thanks again Jackie and team for another great night!

Think of it as a theme park but for groceries. Great for entertainment, a little pricey, but a heapton of options. If you don’t like the feeling of being crowded, this may not be for you. Definitely worth at least one visit!

The Pizza and Wine event was excellent! Great food, great wine and excellent service! Jackie was even kind enough to work with me on my dietary restrictions. Totally above and beyond service.
Our most recent wine tasting with Cakebread Cellars was full of surprises. Again great food which was totally unexpected, excellent wines, and the people who put all of the work into making each event unique and special are simply wonderful!!!

Stew’s in Newington has the best liquor store in the area! Great bourbon selection, plethora of wines from Napa to France to Italian Reds, unique mixers like RIPE, and lots beer brands. The prices are the lowest and the staff there is very helpful! My fav spot.
