I wish I could’ve enjoyed my visit, but it seems like not even the staff like it here. The floors were either sticky or littered with spilled food, and they somehow managed to even screw up hot dogs! The sausages were gray and bizarrely salty, and the buns (which I’m guessing come frozen, because how else could they be so wet?) were, miraculously, so hard I felt like I was gnawing through wood. I would NOT eat here even if you paid me to, and I’m usually broke!

Were there with about 100 other diners for a special event and formal dinner on 2nd floor. Because the group was mainly youth, we had many in our group and had informed the facility well in advance. For some unexplained reason, he decided to make just one tureen with six stuffed mushrooms for the entire group! Of course, this was exhausted after just the first dozen of our group. We asked the servers to bring more for the youth but they said the chef had left the premises (!) so nothing else could be made. One young male server claimed there was a request for only one meal and said “it’s not my problem!” Bad attitude from him another another male server did eventually apologize. But why would the staff put out the vegan item for the masses if there was a request from even one vegan? Many of us had to no alternative but have a dinner of just boiled vegetables and cold salad. The salad was fine but there were many disappointed and angry diners. Also the tables had only one fork and one knife at each setting but no salad fork nor spoon–never had seen this at a formal dinner.

I often find food residue on cups, plates, and silverware, and I have found hair in the food more than once. Several friends have complained about food being under-cooked as well. Better to get off the meal-plan as soon as possible

I am hoping that Stetson has improved. My daughter had/ has celiac disease while at Stetson. They were so bad about accommodating her (while we were paying big bucks for a food plan) that we were moments away from employing an attorney.

Great place to eat, they have a lot of variety, there mongolian grill is amazing, also the amazing part about its open to the public and is not knowned by many, its like a buffet setting but upscale… great job!

Had my first breakfast of the year and found these micro-plastics in the breakfast sausages. They kept getting stuck between my teeth. Image is not showing to others for some reason, but I’m pretty sure that’s micro-plastics. French toast was also chewy.

While dining at the CUB can be hit or miss sometimes, the food is generally tasty and healthy with a wide selection of choices. Sometimes, the food is absolutely killer and other times it is kind of lacking
