This restaurant is extremely small and intimate. The food is simply beyond words for me, they present such a wild array of different flavors for each dish. Everything that touched our table was a treat. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I did have any complaints, they usher you out of there immediately, upon bill payment. Given it’s size, I guess that is to be expected.

So happy to have this little gem in our area. Truly a wonderful authentic Italian dining experience. Book ahead and enjoy. We tried more of the specials but the menu boasts many dishes we would come back to try..

The veal ravioli was amazing as well as the veal chop super big and their passion fruit cocktail so yummy! And their truffle vanilla dessert was to die for.

From the cozy, stylish decor to the warm, attentive service to the outstanding food, Stellina is a truly special dining experience. There aren’t many restaurants on Long Island, much less Oyster Bay, offering this type of authentic, elevated Italian cuisine. Everything we ordered was delicious but the pastas really stole the show. We ordered the cacio a pepe, braised veal and truffle agnolotti, and paccheri with creamy saffron sauce and pistachio pesto. All three were some of the most delicious pasta dishes we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back to try more.

A little gem with amazing Italian authentic food. Sometimes you randomly find these little spots that turn out to be a treasure. The ambiance is immaculate, it feels cozy and warm. We tried different plates and everything was tasty, a piece of Italy right here in Oyster Bay.

Just amazing. My favorite restaurant in Oyster Bay. This place genuinely makes me happy – the buratta, the perfectly cooked octopus, the lamb chops. And the owners are the nicest people, they always greet us, remember what we like, and go out of their way to make us and everyone welcome. Must try if in OB!

Can only be a 5 star review! My 13 year old son was tasked with finding us a restaurant in Oyster Bay for a special occasion and he knocked it out of the park with this one! The wait staff were superb especially Peter… the special starters were fab .. the best Burrata I ever did have!! Lobster Risotto and Veal entrées were outstanding and the greatest accolade I can bestow is my 10 year old daughter eating an ENTIRE pizza … and I said as much! Wish it was located closer to our Manhasset home but kinda glad for my hips that it isn’t 😉 continued success to a finely tuned operation! The Irish Meehan Smyths ☘️

Food is good. Portions are typical Prices are a bit inflated. First time I’ve ever seen a pasta dish for $50 at a non michelin star restaurant until now. Service was lacking and wasn’t what I expected considering prices. Perhaps seemed understaffed. On a sunday only one waitress. I think although a small location they could have used a 2nd. Felt like i needed to really get waitstaff attention a few times. Wine and water was never refilled considering we purchased a pricey bottle. I would return for the food but at least for us it will be a special occasion restaurant as it is pricey.

There is a new “little star” in Oyster Bay that should be on your top new places to go list! Stellina Ristorante (little star in Italian) is now open. Ate there last night for the first time and it is amazing. Started off with Agnolotti de Vitello e tartufo, Veal Chop Milanese and a Hazelnut Gelatowith Black Truffle. Beyond amazing! Beautiful renovation to this 10 table spot. Couldn’t recommend anymore highly. Chef Fabrizio is a true artist. Mangia!
