Looking for a date night place? Seriously give Stella’s a try! My husband and I went, we ordered the ribs and the beef skewers. SO MUCH FLAVOR on the entire plates. Be patient, as the food is hand cooked fresh to order and this requires some extra time. Grab a drink, sit back and chat while you wait.

A very clean, white table cloth environment with some very tasty foods. American and african options. Their oxtail and kasava were very good, kabobs were very flavorful and juicy. Service was relaxed but helpful, not in your face. Chef came out to check on us and chitchat briefly which was really nice. Have been there twice and both times were equally good.

Ribs was very tender and flavor.They was smoked,you can ask for barbecue sauce, I assume they don’t come on ribs.my finance wanted sauce.mac and cheese a no for me.He said cabbage was delicious.Not a big rice fan.Side that came with his meal.Reasurant was small ,but very clean and cozy. I have been to this restaurant half a dozen times so far, and each time is better than before. My teenage son accompanied me yesterday, and now he’s a huge fan. The proprietors are the kindest people you could imagine; the restaurant is clean and neat; the food– absolutely delicious. I recommend above all the lamb chops, sauteed carrots, and potatoes. Cucumber salad was perfect!

We had a bit of a wait, the online ordering time estimate was not accurate but that’s just how toast (the online ordering system) is in my experience. I’m sure you’d get a more accurate estimate if you called in an order. The food was very good, I really liked the spinach and beef stew. My family liked the grilled chicken and chicken mafe entrees. Be careful not to tilt the containers bringing them home, you’ll lose some sauce! Can’t wait to go again next time I’m visiting my parents.

Such a nice place! The atmosphere is wonderful, our server was so friendly and helpful. Very clean, smells amazing, portions were a good size, everything was delicious! My son ordered the chicken cesar salad (he can be picky), my husband ordered the lamb chops and I ordered the Kassava, we all enjoyed our dishes.

So glad this place opened. It’s a small place so the atmosphere is nice and quiet, apart from the overhead music being a little loud and random (server was obviously trying to work out the kinks). The food was amazing! Incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the plating/presentation was simple, clean, and appealing. Everything is clearly homemade, not the frozen and reheated garbage you get at chain restaurants. The entrees are a little higher in price than people might be used to in Windsor, but I promise you it’s worth it. 100% recommend and will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

The food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere inside is classy yet cozy, this would honestly be a really cute little date night spot where you will get the chance to try something you may have never had the opportunity to taste before. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and you can tell they truly love what they do and you can really taste that love and passion in every dish they serve.
In a little rural town like Windsor, it is such a pleasure to have the opportunity to enjoy cultural dishes that I would normally have to drive an hour or more to a larger city to find. Truly a gem of a restaurant and I am so very grateful to see another wonderful family-owned business open up in our little community. We were met with the very hospitable owners/chefs inside a small space that has been transformed to a quaint atmosphere. My companion is quite the foodie and the smoked chicken wings and fries met her discerning palate and presentation standards – noting she would come back and order it again. My order of salmon, cucumber salad and potatoes au gratin did not disappoint! The owner/chef gave us a sample of the red velvet cake and it was delightful! Whether you are stopping for a quick lunch, enjoying cozy white-tablecloth dinner, or anything in between, Stellas Kitchen is the perfect choice.
