I have had takeout and delivery. Ordered in person, via telephone, and online each time this location delivers! Orders are taken with care and attention to detail, the quality of the food is excellent. Pizza, salads, meatball parm and garlic bread are delicious and cooked to toasty perfection! I highly recommend this location for an amazing meal and great service.

This was our first time ordering here. I’d like to give a new place a little time to work out the bugs before we try them. First of all the delivery was extremely fast. I like it when they underpromise and overdeliver. My husband had a craving for carbonara. This is one of the few places in town that we found it on the menu as fettuccine carbonara with bacon, onions, and peas. Not being an onion fan, I asked if we could hold the onions and have spaghetti instead of fettuccine. After a brief hold I was told that everything is made from scratch and it was not a problem. A person on the phone even read the order back to me. I also ordered a small cheese pizza just because I wanted to see what their pizza was like. And finally we ordered the cheesy garlic bread. They were very close to a higher rating, however they forgot the peas in the carbonara, which was a big bummer. The garlic bread and pizza were a little undercooked. Other reviews had said the pizza had a chewy crust, which this did as well. I believe it is because it needed to be cooked just a bit longer. The garlic bread was cold and you could see some of the garlic spread still not melted. I have included two pictures because one is before I put it under the broiler for a few minutes and the other is after. After being broiled, both the pizza and cheesy garlic bread were much better. Had it not been for the peas missing this would have been a five star rating. Would order from them again.

37 dollars for a 2 topping large pizza with a 5 dollar tip for a 15 dollar pizza at best 2 inches of this pizza was nothing but crest hardly any toppings was very light on cheese I don’t know what happened to the people who own pizza places here in Torrington they all got so greedy with there prices it’s sad there is no way the prices should be this high

The pizza is overpriced, and there was very little chicken for the extra money we paid. The pizza – after being heated for a crispier crust at home – tasted great…but was $30.00 for a medium pizza. We will keep searching for that fabulous pizza spot; this was not it.

I ordered the Chicken Marsala, it was not cutlets, barely any flavor, all I could taste was salt, very few mushrooms. The salad was ends of tomatoes and yellow/brown chunks of Iceberg lettuce, plenty of sliced black olives.
Delivery person was very pleasant. Food was hot.
I ordered pizza there a few years ago, it was not good at all, greasy, crust was flimsy. I thought if I tried something else on the new menu I would be happy. Disappointed!

Horrible experience. First time I call and order and was highly disappointed. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza. The woman on the phone taking my order asked if I was a new customer and I told her I was. Pizza arrives and has bacon on it. We don’t eat pork in this house. I call them up to tell them there’s been a mistake and the owner tells me he can’t do anything about it. All I wanted was a refund so I can feed my family. I paid $50 for 2 pizzas and can’t even eat them smh. He argued with me stating his menu been the same for 5 years. I told him I don’t have a menu i googled their menu and it didn’t show the ingredients in the description. There was no description! I sent him the email showing him where the problem was and still he did not budge to correct the problem but instead sends me a picture of his menu. Whatever I just know I’ll never call them again and they lost what could have been a loyal customer.
