This was my first time being inside a Stella’s branch and I was quite surprised! I never knew what to expect, but whatever I originally had in mind was surpassed! It was such a delightful experience and I was also very thankful that they are open as late as they are. The location is a little odd, but once you get inside you will be amazed! Another amazing part of the experience was the staff! Always made me feel welcomed to be there! Great job!

So my husband and I were visiting in the Chicago area and we wanted some coffee. Obviously we did not know Stella’s place primary function was slots! We were taken care of by Michelle and she was really accommodating. She brewed us our coffees and made us feel welcome. Considering Stella’s is not primarily a coffee shop we felt like we had a great experience nonetheless and got the coffee we were out to get! Many thanks to Michelle and her wonderful customer service!

Traveling in the area and just stopped at Stella’s. I walked in the door and there wasn’t anyone at the bar. I was approached by a woman and I was told they had a full house and I needed to leave. There was a person at each one of the gaming stations but the bar was completely empty. Very disheartening that this establishment doesn’t welcome all people.
