Overall it was a very good dining experience. The service was great. Love the atmosphere. Food was good. I really loved the pasta salad. I also had the chicken quesadilla. That was just ok. It was a good portion size with levy of sour cream & salsa on the side, but the wuesadilla itself could have used a little seasoning.

Such a quaint little cafe in downtown Waynesboro decorated whimsically like your grandma’s parlor with food to match. An excellent place to stop for salads, wraps, and sandwiches alongside delicious homemade desserts in the most unique setting.
The tribecca sandwich was fantastic, as was the broccoli salad. We found the coleslaw, pasta salad, and tuna salad wrap to be less flavorful. The vanilla ice cream is sweet but wonderfully creamy and homemade and pairs well with the harvest cookies made by hand by the owner. Divine!

Food is very fresh. Service is very good, very attentive. Got the crab cake, was really good, but could’ve been larger. $42 for 2 with tip for lunch. Atmosphere is like grandma’s house, dated a bit with antique dishware displayed throughout. 90% senior customers, so they have a loyal following. No complaints, just not yearning to go back right away.

Recommend a reservation at lunch. Great service. Great atmosphere. Food was four star. Wife’s grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled much. Tomato soup was good but not five star. My steak and cheese sandwich on white bread was okay. It needed better bread or roll, and some type of sauce or aioli to give it some energy. Side salad was “weeds”. I prefer romaine. Hot bacon dressing wasn’t hot and virtually no bacon. But all things considered, an enjoyable lunch. I’d definitely recommend and I would return.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The tomato basil soup and Quiche Lorraine are absolutely delicious! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his patty melt and our daughter had the mushroom, spinach and cheese sandwich on a croissant and she raved over it as well. Our service was great. We’ll be sure to visit again❤️

This fine establishment is a must go to when in the Waynesboro area!! Located right down town- street parking was available, but there are several parking lots close by as well.
The decor is amazing! Every table is different! They use super cute vintage dishes and decor. The food was absolutely delicious!! Staff was super friendly and manager/owner went around asking if everything was OK.
Great experience!

We visited twice while on vacation in the area. We had such a delicious lunch that we came back the next day to have breakfast. The hot bacon German dressing on my Cobb Salad was perfection. The breakfast potatoes were devine and the omelets was perfect. I wish we had a place like this at home. The menus is simple and executed well. Thanks for having us!

This was our second trip to Stella, Bella, and Lucy’s, and it was as wonderful as we remembered. The staff is so sweet, the atmosphere is eclectically inviting, and the food is spectacular. The chocolate cupcake with ganache was well worth eating only half of my turkey BLT croissant to indulge in chocolate goodness beyond my wildest dreams. (Bonus, we both had dinner from our leftovers!!!!)

It was a very busy restaurant and the poor waitress was running as best she could but we had to wait a while to order and to get our food. We had good food and a good time. We met the owner, who told us how he named the restaurant after his dogs many years ago. All in all a very nice place.
