The 4 of us loved our dining experience at Stefano’s. Our server, Virginia, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We shared the fresh, soft burrata, outstanding on crispy pieces of bruchetta. My sea bass was perfectly done, slightly crisped on the outside, buttery sweet and soft on the inside. Over yummy vegetables, and with a delicious sauce, it was a winner. My wife’s scallops over risotto was superb! Being BYOB was great. The restaurant was pretty, but felt a bit crowded. Overall it’s an excellent LBI restaurant!!

We have been going every year for our anniversary. Food has declined. Red sauce is too sweet n pasta was watery with no flavor. Meat balls were tasteless and hard. Sorry, food has gone down hill. Chicken Siena had little to no sauce. Had to ask for more. Pasta was not mixed in just added plain. So disappointing. Looks like cooks are not Italian and well trained. Looking for another place. Sad!!

I can’t say enough about our meal st Stefano’s. From start to finish it was a very enjoyable experience. Our server, John, was extremely helpful, friendly and smiled the entire time. Beyond that the food was excellent. The New England Clam chowder was too due for (we got some togo as well)! My wife had Flounder Francese and i had a giant bowl of seafood and pasta. Impressive portions and superb quality. One of the best overall experiences we’ve had in a while.

My parents and I have been coming to Stefano’s for many years and it never disappoints. The menu is diverse with plentiful entrees that are always fresh and full of flavor. I was happy to be able to treat my parents on this occasion for their 53rd wedding anniversary. ❤️

Food was avetage…not memorable snd nothing special. Went three years ago and didn’t like it. Friend recommended I give it a second chance. It was ok… but for the prices there are better options for me at least, on the island. I had the crabmeat stuffed shrimp over linguini. Dry and not enough sauce, not very flavorful .

An amazing dinner tonight at Stefano’s. Our waitress was warm, welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent. We started with New England Clam Chowder, then moved onto the Burratta with Long Hots. For dinner my wife had the Salmon Crab Imperial, my daughter had the Linguini and Clam Sauce, and I had the Veal with Mushrooms and Crab over penne. It was perfect, we will be back! Thank you for a memorable LBI dinner that we will be thinking about until next year!

Been going here for years, always for a special dinner on a birthday. This place is going down hill. Sorry, but we make reservations for four, spent a lot of money and Sat in the middle of a pathway where everyone walked through. I couldn’t pull my chair in far enough for people walking through. The food, not the same. The order of shrimp was hard and chewy (over cooked) and abousulty no scampi sauce and very little pasta. I couldn’t tell my husband how bad it was because I felt bad for him paying for an awful dinner. We also had to ask several times for olive oil which was sitting near us. Anyway, we will find another good italian restaurant next time somewhere. Just very disappointed when we’ve been coming here for years to celebrate a birthday. And, I’m not one to post anything but felt the need to

Eggplant napoleon was very tasty. The seafood abbundanza was awful. No taste, no flavor. Other than the mussels- I think everything was previously frozen I left 90% of it on my plate. For $48. I expect fresh seafood. The gypsy penne was blah. Had this last year and it was tasty. I was given a fresh knife for my next course m- it was filthy so I asked for a clean one which was delivered with no apology.

Stefano’s offers great service and ambiance at an Italian restaurant that’s all about its seafood. Most dishes have fish, whether it be their delicious scallops, flounder, shrimp or crabmeat. I think the best dish is the Broiled Fisherman’s Combo because it offers all of the shellfish, seasoned with Old Bay and served with fries. Amazing!
