I order from Stefano’s at least 2–3 times a month and have generally enjoyed supporting this local spot. However, after spending about $40 on dinner tonight and reflecting on the meals I’ve received just this week, I feel the need to share some honest feedback — especially because this is a town with limited dining options.

Tonight, we ordered chicken fingers and spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce, plus garlic knots. The Alfredo sauce was, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever tasted — and Alfredo is my absolute favorite dish. It had the taste and texture of straight heavy whipping cream. It was nearly inedible and actually made me gag. I figured I’d just enjoy the garlic knots instead, but they were so overcooked they were literally rock-hard.

The chicken fingers with Cattleman’s sauce were also off — it tasted like a fresh bottle of sauce hadn’t been mixed at all, leaving a slick, oily coating that just wasn’t appetizing.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time fluke. Earlier this week I ordered a full buffalo chicken sub. The tenders were absolutely drenched in sauce to the point that I had to take them out of the bread and eat them separately. I gave it another shot a few days later — same issue with the sauce, but worse: the bread was toasted until it was nearly black, and the cheese on top was burnt.

Something has clearly changed — perhaps a new, untrained employee in the kitchen? Regardless, the consistency and quality have really taken a hit. If this is how my meals have come out multiple times in just one week, I can only imagine how many others have had similar experiences.

Adams doesn’t have many food choices, and I want to keep giving my business to local spots. But the quality needs to improve.

I go here all the time for lunch. You can walk right in and get a slice. They always have slices ready to go. I believe they have the best pizza in Adams hands down! To add to this, everyone that works here is super friendly and they will assist to the best of their ability. I was there today 8/20/25, and man were they busy, which is good! Means they are doing well. The poor guys working got hit with a rush of customers, yet in my opinion they handled it great. They deserve a pat on the back!

I used to frequent this location quite a bit, as it is right around the corner and very convenient, however, I must say the quality of food has dropped significantly as of late. Tonight, I ordered a Haddock dinner and Chicken Parm sub for delivery, (I normally would pick it up but I have a bad knee at the moment and don’t drive). As I said, I live literally around the corner, and it took not only over an hour from the time I placed the order, but the food was almost colder than the Pepsi I ordered! The fries with the fish were cold and soggy and ended up getting thrown out. It’s actually pretty concerning that I can order through Uber Eats, have it come from Watertown, and still have it warm when I receive it, along with receiving it faster. Not sure what changed in this restaurant, but it hasn’t been for the better, that’s for sure.

Pizza, wings, cheese sticks and spaghetti sauce was so good. People there were friendly. Food came out with good timing.

Ordered two meatballs with spaghetti for the kids. The meatballs are so small and the flavor was very bland. $2 per meatball?! Yikes! You don’t get much spaghetti for the price either. I would go elsewhere, but to each their own.

Went here for dinner on an early Tuesday night. I ordered the Chicken Parm special with Ziti and it’s $2 off. Also a side salad and slice of pizza from the case. Staff was very friendly and everything came out quick. The salad was fresh and pizza was good. The breaded chicken was very good as well. Unfortunately the ziti was not good, I actually wouldn’t eat it. As soon as I saw how watery the sauce was I knew it was suspicious. I would say the sauce is a generic / bulk mix and it tasted like it would belong on a fundraiser / budget spaghetti supper, certainly not homemade Italian quality. The Ziti also did not seem cooked all of the way through and was chewy. The pasta combo had smell to it like a hint of cleaner, almost like it was from the chlorine in the village water. Anyways, the prices I think were fair. I will return and would not hesitate to order anything else off of their menu as long as it was not In that spaghetti sauce.

The pizza was good. The wings I ordered extra crispy. The.wings I received were not even a little crispy, very disappointing. Will only order pizza in the future.

I’ve been going here since they opened and this last time was just not good. Got a large chicken bacon ranch pizza and 30 wings. Was $69.xx, maybe it’s just me or that is very expensive. The pizza wasn’t the best, very little toppings and couldn’t even taste the ranch. The wings were delicious though. Had to wait 45 minutes when they said it would be done in 20.

My partner never had Stefano’s and I hadn’t had it since I was a young adult because I moved from Pulaski, but they have it in Adams now and all I’m saying is…don’t listen to the 1 star reviews on this page. They’re haters and let them hate and order you some Stefano’s because it’s still awesome!

Pizza was good but their Great Bend location is better. Wings were nice and crispy but had no sauce to speak of in them. Bread sticks are a pass. Desserts were an excellent on the cake to an alright on the cheese cake. Staff was young and seemed more worried about getting done work according to their comments when we picked up our pizza 45 minutes before they were due to close.
