We stopped in on a whim and so glad we did. My husband had the deep-fried cannolinia with special sauce and I had a Steph special pizza with traditional cheese and they were both delicious The only thing that made it better was the Italian cannoli for dessert! Thanks Patty for explaining everything and helping us figure it all out

Had many good things here till I decided to try the chicken parm sandwich 1st problem it came out looking like a child made it the bread was trash falling apart the cheese wasn’t even melted and they basically put a drop of sauce on it the pizza here is good and I’ve had other decent things which is why I was so disappointed to pay 13 bucks for a sandwich that I easily could’ve made better at home you go out to a restaurant for an experience you can’t have at home but to be honest I this experience made me want to stay home and never come back I’ve tasted 50-100 places for chicken parm sandwiches and I can honestly say this is bottom 5 truly would never recommend this sandwich to anyone. The photo I posted is with extra sauce I got on the side and it still looks awful

Service was excellent. Portions were huge. Food was very average. Chef salad basically had lunch meat thrown on it. Shrimp dinner was boring. Pictured here is seafood pasta, which was *okay*. Large enough to share. But, again, the service was great!

The cashier was friendly, the food was great however I do not think we got the extra cheese we ordered. The crust was crispy and the pizza sauce good. All in all, good food for a good price and we will be back 🙂

Last night we went here for dinner for the first time, after being hyped from the reviews. The atmosphere was nice, and our server was great, but unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. Out of the five dishes we ordered, three were extremely salty—so much that our tongues started to hurt. Only my son’s red spaghetti was okay. Even my white sauce pasta was inedible.
We couldn’t eat most of it, and while my husband didn’t want to pack anything, I ended up taking the food home just so I could reuse the chicken in new recipes the next day. Sadly, this is not a place we’ll be returning to.

Food was ok, not great, but not bad either. They do offer mozzarella instead of provell which is a huge plus. Service was decent, the restaurant was clean. Its exactly what you would expect it to be when you see the building.

I never usually EVER write reviews on anything but I think they need to know. Stefaninas has been my FAVORITE pizza always but last night was the first time EVER that I was very disappointed in the pizza. I have ALWAYS been a thin crust pizza person but last night’s pizza was just aweful. They had the crust rolled SOOO THIN that you couldn’t even hold up a slice of pizza. The toppings were too heavy. The crust was almost non existent. . It cost me $42.00 plus tip last night for a large pizza and a Stef’s salad. The salad was great as always though. Scared to try again….

Stefanina’s in O’Fallon is easily one of the pest pizza spots around. Their pizza has hat perfect balance–crispy, flavorful crust generous toppings, and cheese that melts peautifully without being overly heavy Every bite tastes fresh and made with care and it’s the kind of pizza you crave again the moment you finish it.
The rest of the menu is great too, but for us the pizza is truly the star. Whether you dine in or take it to go, the quality is consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, quick and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
If you’re in the O’Fallon area and want some of the best pizza you’ll find locally Stefanina’s should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

Had an order of large pizza toasted Ravs and garlic cheese bread. Ordered this for pickup taking it to a lunch for 3 people who were getting together to meet. Picked up order of pizza and a bag. Got to the luncheon where I had the food, and cheese bread wasn’t in the bag and pizza was cold toasted ravioli was okay. I got there in 10 minutes and she told me 20 minutes on the phone. I got there early to make sure I got there to make sure it’s hot when I picked up to take to luncheon. Called restaurant and lady answered the phone and I had told her that my cheese bread was missing didn’t say anything about pizza being cold because we didn’t try it yet. She had no excuse and didn’t care if this messed up my day and told me i could have a credit or come back up to get it. I had asked if they could deliver to me since this is a pizza place and she said NO! so I will never try this place again even after it’s so highly recommended in O’Fallon. I must have got a bad bunch of people working that day that just didn’t care. Very disappointed and money wasted.
