Steakhouse located in the heart of Patterson Creek, just outside of Fort Ashby. We cater to people of all ages. We have a menu to please all, including breakfast on Sundays from 8am-1pm, then our regular full menu from 1pm-7pm when we close. (Tues-Sat 11a-10p) On other days, we feature a variety of specials including all you can eat wings and all you can eat build your own pasta! Throughout the year we have live music, paint nights, kid days with activities and more! We also sponser locally. Stop in, then stay a while.

This is a well kept secret that should not be for much longer. Excellent food, great atmosphere, superb wait staff and the owner is very personable and makes sure everyone has a good time. Shout out to Nikki Cole our waitress! Paul Chapman, the owner, has an excellent campground adjacent called Eagles Nest. Something for everybody. Highly recommend!

My happy place. I was so bummed when they closed the restaurant for a couple of years but they’re back and so am I. The food is good, the price is reasonable, the service is friendly, and the setting, with the beautiful mountains in the background, is unmatched. It’s also an RV campground, I parked my RV here for a time, it’s a very lovely place overall.

I think that it is sad that you can’t always believe reviews. You have remember that some of the review can be from past employees that have been terminated. I have never been disappointed with any meal and I have had many. There has been times that it has taken longer than I feel it should but other than that we have been satisified.

I wouldn’t go out of your way to visit, but if you are already camping here it is probably okay. The ambiance is pretty poor. We couldn’t hear people at our table talk due to the general noise from coolers. The food is okayish.

I have been going to the Fireside for two years, at least twice a month. I have never been disappointed with my food. Try the huge Lobster Mac & Cheese, huge Club Sandwich,.Kansas City Pork Wing, Fried Oysters, Prime Rib, whatever you order you can’t go wrong, everything is wonderful. Now that I am writing this, I am having a craving for a Club Sandwich, will have to have one before the end of the week.
