Super friendly staff and great food. A huge step up from the previous restaurant that was here. We love the clean decor and open feel. We have been twice now and both times have been great.

Steele House is a nice change to the Stow area however if you are looking for a extremely different restaurant than what you normally want this is not it.
The service was great, no complaints. The atmosphere is fine and the place is nicely decorated.
The food: my party of 4 got the mozzarella wedges, buffalo cauliflower, French onion soup, hot honey chicken sandwich, Reuben, spicy avocado chicken wrap, mushroom Swiss burger, creme brule.
None of the food was awful by any means, most lacked flavor and creativity, but I have to keep in mind this is basically slightly upscale bar food.
The buffalo cauliflower was probably the worst of the dishes. Basically a sauteed cauliflower with Frank’s red hot and some peppers. The burger lacked salt.
Portion size: Very commensurate of the cost of the food.
Overall the food here is best described as if Rockne’s (the original restaurant here) were to have graduated high school and entered college. Menu is smaller, slightly more sophisticated, but still lacking growth. If you are a serious eater this isn’t the place, but if you are looking for a solid 5 or 6 out of 10 food establishment. We will most likely visit again, but currently not worth the 45+ minute wait.

This is a great addition to the Stow area. Delicious food, fantastic drinks & reasonable prices. The staff were all so nice & attentive. I look forward to going back to try more menu items. Creme Brulee was best I’ve had in the area. Chicken salad on a croissant was excellent. Bathroom was clean & there is ample parking. I definitely recommend this place!

We are here their opening week and everything was lovely! The staff was super nice and everyone we were with enjoyed their experience and their food. My husband got the burger and he said it was delicious. I got the salmon and risotto and it was the perfect texture and tasted great. I also had a glass of wine which was good as well! We had the Brussels sprouts for appetizer and it was sooo good. We finished with the crème brûlée which was also delicious. Everything was prepared nicely and cooked perfectly. We would absolutely recommend eating here – they have a variety of options and a good price point as well. We will be back!

Ordered takeout from this location for the first time. Currently, the dining is still under construction but should be open in the near future. The food was excellent with nice portions, and the employees were very polite. I definitely recommend Steele House and cannot wait to come back when the dining room is ready.

I went as a party of 2 and got sat right away, we did go at an “off” time and by the time we were leaving it was much busier and had lots of groups waiting to be sat.
We ordered the Mozzarella Wedges, Salmon Sliders, Cuban Sandwich, Sweet Potato Fries, and a side of the Parmesan Risotto. The wedges were delicious truly no complaints. However, the rest of the food was honestly not that great. The Salmon Sliders were extremely bland, the salmon was cooked fine, it was supposed to have a glaze and it didn’t, you could tell the salmon wasn’t seasoned at all. Cuban sandwich was soggy and missing the mustard. Sweet potato fries were thick cut and soggy, needed to be cooked longer. Lastly, the risotto was the biggest disappointment. It was obviously microwaved as parts of it were scalding hot and others ice cold, additionally it was also again very bland tasting. I wouldn’t say this place had the best food but I also wouldn’t say it was the worst Ive ever had. Although, for the prices (yes not that much but point being), you would think the bar food would be appropriately elevated or at least containing flavor. Overall, I’d say the food was just fine. Not sure if we’d come again, would rather have On Tap, but if someone else wanted to go to it I probably would. Just would pick anything else over it again personally.

Our first time here and we will be back! It was a busy Sunday night but our wait turned out to be relatively quick. Our server, Danny, was excellent and provided wonderful service even though he was quite busy. Steele House has a really nice wine and beverage list and a great menu – we shared the mozzarella wedge app then had the salmon entree and the short rib mac. All the food was delicious with nice sized servings and it’s nice to see a restaurant like this in this area! I just wish they took reservations but really, the wait wasn’t too bad. We very highly recommend!
