I ordered through GrubHub, and the experience was incredibly frustrating due to the numerous mistakes made with our order, as well as the complete lack of communication from the restaurant.
We ordered a Turkey Burger with no condiments—just a plain burger, which is exactly what we requested. However, they added every condiment available: mustard, ketchup, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and onions, which felt disrespectful given our simple request. I had only asked for ketchup and had even paid extra for cheese. It seemed like a straightforward order, but apparently, it wasn’t.
In addition, an entire fry and the mild sauce we ordered were missing. Keep in mind, we only ordered seven items, including the mild sauce.
The best part (or rather, the worst) was when I ordered a Grilled Cheese Dog from the Hot Dogs/Polish menu. Simple order, no modifications—yet they sent a cheese sandwich with no hot dog in it. Someone went without protein that evening, apparently.
It’s unfortunate that our experience didn’t reflect the same level of respect and quality that some other patrons seem to have received. I wanted to share this poor experience and the lack of attention to detail.

We went on a Saturday at about noon, it was delicious. We all ordered different things and each thing was great. The customer service was also great, the employees were nice and the service was fast. I’d def eat here again if I pass through. The restaurant was also nice and clean, and no one else was really there so we just sat and ate right there instead of in the car. Thanks for a great experience.

Best cheese steaks you will ever est i can never get a picture because I literally devour them. I don’t believe I have had any bad food from them their fish is amazing and I’m not a big fish eater. I don’t mind the wait as it is cooked to order my food is always hot and fresh. I love it there ijs.

4 years ago, my sandwich my was filled with meat. Look at the pics! Look at the pics now and compare them to the past. There is more bread than meat! Pitiful! The turkey cheesesteak is all lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo! You don’t see any meat and I didn’t taste any! If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would have ordered one!
Is the sandwich filled with meat? Nope!
Is it worth going to ghetto Gary, for this? Nope!

Good food but horrid customer service! Waited over 30 minutes for one sandwich. The cook was on his cell phone the entire time I was waiting. When my order was finally given nearly 45 minutes after I paid, the lady working the register offered no apologies for the long wait.
