Came in and bought 2 Pig sandwiches. Being from Memphis, The Pork BBQ capital of the WORLD, I have come here a few times since I discovered it. Its local, convenient, and pretty decent. I really like the Mac n cheese, and have come to the buffet a few times. I will not be back tho. Today, I was greeted by 2 teenagers who friendly to begin with. As I ordered my food, I told them we were from Memphis and asked for slaw on my sandwich. The told me I had to pay $2.50 for a container of slaw and put in on myself. Memphis BBQ and Carolina BBQ are traditionally served with slaw on the sandwich. I was told that “I’m in St. Louis, not Memphis, and can’t have it my way” . I’m acclimating to the fact rude people here is a normality, but this one takes the cake. I won’t be back.

I was disappointed really. The Ribs were overcooked, dry, and still had the membrane on them which was like a layer of plastic. The Hot Link was and overcooked Brat. Meat had no seasonings, tasteless. The bbq beans were just pork n beans. The sauce was just tomatoes sauce with some spice added. Basically I’ve had better bbq from a backyard grill.

The Pulled Pork is always juicy and fresh. I always get more than I can eat. The only thing is, I’m not to crazy about soda so I wish you would have unsweetened ice Tea. Thank you.
