We come to Factory 52 often to visit Fretboard Brewery. It’s nice to be able to order food from your phone and get a text that it is ready for pick up. I have ordered the garlic noodles with chicken several times and they are always hot and delicious. They have a ton of flavor, so I am surprised by other reviewers saying their food was bland. I do agree that the portion size is a bit on the small side, though.

Steamy noodles is right! It’s fresh to order and it comes out steaming hot. When I think of noodles, nothing amazing comes to mind but this place changed my outlook on “noodles” with the amazing flavors that’s hard to describe. You’ll just have to try it to see what I’m talking about. This has been added to the list of my family’s favorite restaurants. I also want to give a shout out to the amazing and friendly staff at this place! We’ll definitely be back for more Steamy Noods!

Good flavor but portions have shrunken by like half. The kids garlic noodles used to be a good value and now they should charge $3 vs the $8 they charge and then expect tip on. Unfortunate .

This was my first time visiting, I had the General Tso’s chicken. The rice was disgusting. It was wet and clumpy. I’ve never in my life had rice like that, it ruined the entire meal. The chicken pieces were too huge and not crisp. We will go back to Factory 52 but will definitely never eat here again. I regret not asking for my money back

The bang bang shrimp is 12/10. An absolute must try- a very generous portion of shrimp and it was the crispiest! You think bone fish maybe for bang bang shrimp? This knocks that out of the park. The broccoli was fresh and the rice so sticky and steaming hot. My family had a few other dishes- egg roles- so crunchy- drunken noodles filled with veggies. Spice medium is hot! We will continue to drive 30 min for some bomb food.

Steamy Noodles definitely lived up to their name in terms of temperature—but unfortunately, not in flavor. The noodles were hot and steamy, but the taste was bland and the texture off—clumped together like they had been frozen. I added tofu, which was burnt, overcooked, and unpleasantly chewy.
Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t busy during peak lunch hours, which felt like a red flag in hindsight. At this price point, I expected a much better experience. I also ordered a single egg roll, which cost $3—pretty pricey for one, especially since it didn’t stand out in taste or quality.
This wasn’t my first visit to Steamy Noodles—I tried it a while back and found it just okay then. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed it’s not for me. I won’t be returning.
Overall, Factory 52 could really benefit from a revamp of some of the restaurants in the food hall. For the premium prices being charged, the food quality needs to match—and in this case, it fell short.

Second expierence here and I will not be back! The first time was okay which brought me to want to try this place again but after trying the kids lo mein which was lacking in flavor and the various egg rolls that are quite expensive for one roll but then are also more cabbage heavy then anything else. I rated service one star since the only human interaction is when picking up the order and that’s if it isn’t already just sitting on the counter for you. I placed the order on a kiosk – so the service is lacking – there should be more personality!

We ordered 2 noodles but the portion size was okay for one and very less for another, inconsistent in portions.

The noodles tasted burnt. Not good. also expensive for medium sized bent noodles. I will not want to order again if I have to pay for it.

Ordered the Beef Ho Funn. Tastes good but the price for the portion size is ridiculous. On the plus side, the service was quick and you get a fortune cookie!
