An honest review: In the past, STEAM has had its issues (small kitchen + new, young staff) but overall, I’ve been generally happy here. Tonight’s Bibambop was nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommend 9/10

first time here and we enjoyed it very much. we ordered summer spring rolls which is raw veggies wrapped in rice paper with peanut sauce, bimimbap with beef, pork loin ramen and Thai iced tea. it was all delicious. place is small but cozy.

This place is legit. We traveled through Great Barrington not expecting anything Asian to be authentic. The food greatly exceeded my expectations. We ordered their pho and Pad Thai: the ingredients are fresh, there are complexity and depth to the flavors, with some unique twists which make them different from regular phos and pad thai.

Top notch tom yum noodle soup and pho. We drove in from Northampton cause we’re tired of the restaurants here. Steam was excellent. We also had the summer rolls and they were the best we’ve had outside of New York or Boston.
The service was fantastic and we have leftovers for dinner too!

Adorable atmosphere, and delicious food. Very friendly & kind staff. Got the Khao Soi Gai with chicken leg as recommended by our charasmatic server, and it was amazingly tender and flavorful. 10/10 recommend

The food was amazing. Great presentation when served. Drinks are beautiful and refreshing. They were very busy during our visit but that didn’t hinder the service.Very nice friendly hostesses and a clean relaxing atmosphere. Remember that everywhere you go to eat post Covid, are dealing with being understaffed and are doing the best that they can. Be nice, be considerate and please tip well.

I’ve been wanting to go to a noodle bar for the longest time, and I finally was able to stop by steam noodle Cafe in Great Barrington. The atmosphere was pretty nice. A little Cozier, then I’m used to hearing everybody’s conversations, including mine.
The wait staff were very attentive and fast. Our food came out within 15 minutes. I ordered the summer roll, which was phenomenal. I also ordered a beef broth Noodle Bowl. that’s not the proper name, but it was pretty good for my first time. No complaints.

Insanely good cooking. Super high quality ingredients. Offering a variety of Asian noodle dishes from different areas. We had the Khao Soi and Spicy Beef Szechuan Noodles and they were some of the best examples of these dishes that we’ve ever had.
