Food was decent. I got the general Tso’s chicken and the combination lo mein. The price was not too bad. The sauce on the chicken was more on the sour side for some reason and is not what I’m used to. I requested extra spicy but sadly it was not spicy at all. I was really looking forward to a spicy Chinese restaurant. The low mein was bland but good thing I was able to save it by adding my own seasonings. The portions were pretty huge though. The packing container that they came with are super low quality. They melted from the hot foods so the liquids leaked. The indoors was pretty clean but very cold due to no heat on in the dining area. Overall I might come back to try other stuff if I’m in the area. I would say give them a try and find out for yourself if you like it or not.

There was clearly a bug in my food and the only thing they’ll replace is the food I found the bug in . Once I saw that I didn’t eat anything else and everything was absolutely disgusting !!

Not as good as it used to be, tbh the chicken doesn’t even taste or have the texture of chicken. People there are normal, service is what you expect honestly. Giving a decent rating since I used to love the more authentic part of which it’s not anymore

I ignored the negative comments. My daughter and I are rarely in the city. We both stopped by and ordered lo mein. Oh my lord it was delicious. Pork on the left and shrimp on the right. Huge portions and if you like it spicy let them know. DELICIOUS
Update: 3 years later. This place is still excellent. Well worth the drive from South Lee’s Summit. I’m serious!

Such great customer service! I bought the Thai tea and crab rangoon. The tea was the perfect amount of sweetness and the rangoons were crisp and guys…. they actually put crab in there! Loved both and can’t wait to visit again to see what else they have to offer.

No condiments on the table. Fried eggrolls were cold! Hot and sour soup average. Moo Sho Pork mediocre no egg, no mushrooms not much cabbage or bean sprouts just sad. Steamed rice over cooked! I watched the cook go to the bathroom wearing his apron. Counter service girl was very friendly! This place used to be very good, what happened?

I have been a good customer. Last night went in and bought sweet and sour pork. It was over cooked badly. Couldn’t chew it as it was way over cooked. So I went in today and told them about it. All they would say is we don’t give money back. I said I understand that. But. Please don’t over cook it tonight. She bought my food out in a take out bag. She was nasty to me. I got home and it’s worse than it was last night. I took it back up there and showed them how bad it was burned. They said oh well we don’t give money back. I said I’ve been a really good customer and this is how you want to treat me? They didn’t respond. I will be going to Lucky Dagon from now on. They are excellent. But.. it’s 30 minutes away in good traffic.

A nice gem! There are a few drive-through Chinese restaurants in the area, but this one offers more variety than the others. I ordered the shrimp tings with pineapple rice. The food was fresh and tasty. I also ordered the Thai tea, which was a pleasant surprise when I saw it offered on the menu. If you’re looking for a drive-thru Chinese restaurant that’s a bit different from the rest, I’d definitely say give this place a try!
