Hands down one of the best local restaurants around! The customer service here is top notch. Everyone is so welcoming and genuinely cares about your experience. The food is absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and made with love. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Great people, great atmosphere, and great food. I had an amazing experience at Steakzilla. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly Service was fast, and everything came out fresh. The place was clean and cozy, making the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Since when did art and lighting have anything to do with the service and food? Entitled people are gross!! The food was amazing!! I’ve tried multiple philly cheesesteak places around the Portland/Clackamas area and this one BY FAR tasted the best, not to mention I didn’t get heartburn like I have from others! The loaded fries were soooooo good!! I got the classic Steakzilla minus the mushrooms and it was delicious!! Fresh and hot and the bread wasn’t soggy like most places are!! Anyone who is saying anything negative about the food clearly needs to reset their taste buds from eating the greasy slop other places serve. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. If you got a bad experience with them, maybe it’s because you were acting like a bad “priviledged” customer! And also, do we forget these people working are human too

The food here is fantastic! The titan melt with jalapeños is by far my favorite — the beef is tender and juicy, the cheese just perfect , and the bread is so crispy with just the right texture. The portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and satisfying. You can tell they care about quality and getting the details right. Definitely going back!!

I’m from Philly and I know a good cheesesteak. The roll was decent (sturdy, soft, chewy) and so was the meat (could use more seasoning). The onions were needed to be sauted completely, barely any mushroom, there were no bell peppers. The tangy banana peppers were nice addition. The cheesesauce tasted watered down. The heat didn’t appear to be working so they had 1 space heater for a large resteraunt so it was freezing in there. I used the restroom (very clean) while waiting for our order but there were no paper towels. Overall, just “meh”.

The place was nice and clean and the staff were nice but that’s the only nice thing I have to say about this spot. I was far from impressed. The food edible but I’ve had better elsewhere. The sauce that comes with the food is very ketchup forward, wasn’t very tasty in my opinion. Got the Zilla classic and it barely had any veggies that it stated came with the sandwich. I was craving a Philly and this was NOT it, didnt even have whiz. Overall, a different representation of a Philly sandwich. This is maybe the only “Philly cheese steak” place in the area so for people to state its the best maybe true for the Happy Valley area. But not the best I’ve ever had in Portland. Food was mid at best.

Hands down the best cheesesteak in Happy Valley (maybe Portland too) and I make a point of trying different ones. Flavorful, moist, generous filling, and that sauce is fire but not needed. You can taste each of the vegetables (I picked the Titan). It’s not overcooked. You don’t have to hunt for the steak.The bread isn’t dry. Meat is tender. Perfect size for the price which I appreciate. Open kitchen, clean kitchen, nice decor, and friendly staff. Steakzilla don’t change a thing!
