The burgers were bland and so were the fries. This wouldn’t be my first stop or my second or third. But the customer service was very great the manager and the employee both had outstanding energy and was very helpful.

My friends and I always ate at steak and shake everywhere we saw one. Esp in Branson Missouri. They had 2 there. I wish they would get a lot of them in Louisiana . I was so shocked to see rhis one in Natchitoches La at the college. Haven’t tried it yet. Didn’t know if the public could eat there or not. This place should be called a Steak n Shake express due to its abbreviated menu. However, there is nothing express about the service. It took a while to get our good. The burgers were a bit dry. It’s not the same quality that I remember for this chain. The workers were very friendly.

So glad this opened on campus. Used to have one next to my house in Houston and totally underrated them. I try to make a point of stopping in everytime I am in Natchitoches to get a burger here. By far the best burger in Natchitoches if you like a smashburger (lacy). Fries are great too. This is by far one of my favorite burger chains. Not going to rack on service because the one next to me used to be table service. Having a burger made fresh, I am willing to wait. Staff has always been friendly.

The service was good. Food came out quick. The fries were hot. The bun was cold. The cheese wasnt melted. I needed to eat and get on the road so i ate it. I wont go back though.

The customer service depends on the day most of the times it’s horrible, you constantly get something missing from your orders, the drinks taste watered down. The burgers are really good and the aesthic is also very nice. I just wish the staff was nicer and they would get my order right more often.
