Definitely will return! Loved the food and ambiance. Great staff. Intimate and elegant. Romantic. I loved the food here. People were at bar eating by themselves others were hanging out before sitting at tables. Couples, friends, business associates, families at tables. Staff seemed to know most clients but were very welcoming to new clients.

We found this place from out of town with maps we were very excited for the experience. the atmosphere and the staff were wonderful we were seated in the back room with the red leather we got a vodka drink and a Tequila drink with four oysters to start amazing, my wife had a crab cakes as her entree I had the Kansas City strip. The wife loved her crab cakes and beg me not to say that I thought the beef was average maybe a little over seasoned I will have the fillet next time all in all 100% would suggest dining here

We were a party of 7 with no reservation and they still managed to get us a table. The staff is incredible, and our server was very nice and patient. The entrees and appetizers were very good, the meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the only complaint would be the choice of plating for the steaks, the little casserole thingy makes cutting meat somehow uncomfortable.
The desserts were also underwhelming, but overall the entire experience was amazing.

This was the highest class meal I’ve ever had. The staff was well-dressed and incredibly polite and attentive. Our waitress Riley knocked it out if the park all evening and made sure we wanted for nothing. My wife is pregnant and Riley made sure to note our dietary restrictions promptly. When I made a mistake and ordered food too rare, they immediately rectified the situation with the utmost professionalism. The quality is without peer. I won’t be bringing my wife anywhere else for our special events, and will be reccomending 316 for anyone truly seeking quality. It may be more expensive, but as is so rare in today’s world the quality more then matches the price. We can’t wait to go back!

I travel up to Boulder from Denver once a year just for this place for my birthday dinner. The food, service and atmosphere are unmatched by any steak place in Denver, with the notable exception of Guard and Grace (keep up the good work Troy!). Not to mention that the prices are extraordinarily reasonable for the high quality and generous portions of food you get. I will keep coming back…hopefully at a higher frequency, where possible. PS: don’t miss the tableside Caesar salad preparation, it’s amazing.

Visited here on a Tuesday night. The service was brilliant (can’t remember his name, sorry!). The quality of the steak was amazing. Definitely worth the price. The sides were also fantastic. We shared the porterhouse (t-bone) and the mash and Brussels between 2 of us. The Brussels were 10/10.

I was dragged here by family as a vegetarian. Despite what their menu/website claims they are not able to accommodate plant based diners in a remotely acceptable manner. An overpriced plate of sauteed vegetables without a protein or carb is not a acceptable vegetarian meal. The rest of diners mostly enjoyed their meal so I gave 3/5 to match the table’s experience. My meal is a 1/5. They should just be honest and say they cannot accommodate vegetarian/vegan diners.

Ambiance, service- our server was very polite and funny! Understood it was our 1st time there! Atmosphere was very gentle and private, great for intimacy!
