Very disappointed. I know I was at a food court in a mall, so it’s not like I had the highest expectations but what I found was quite frustrating. I paid $17 plus tip for the sad food in the picture. The corn was soggy, no butter was given for the potato and the meat tasted good but definitely not enough to fill up one adult. I had to wait 25 min to get the food which considering I did no line to order is quite annoying especially when you are with a toddler (his food was as sad). The salad had no seasoning.

The best place to eat real Brazilian food. Inside the mall of George at the food court, you will eat the best picanha so taste delicious. The service is great. Everything is fresh and clean.

Got the chopped steak platter with 3 sides. First thing is the steak is sliced and not chopped as you can see in the pictures. Chopped to me is hamburger type meat but it does say Brazilian steak which I have never had. Tastes like sirloin to me and some pieces were soft and some were tough and all on the dry side. I had sides of baked potato, corn and cole slaw. The corn and potato were great but I didn’t get past the smell on the cole slaw and put the lid back on. So bad I would not even try it and gave to order taker on the way out.

I walked to the counter, the lady was on the phone. When she acknowledged me, she seemed to have an attitude. It was my first time here, so I needed to ask questions. She gave me snappy answers. Then told me to go to the other end of the counter and read the menu. When I tried to pay for the food, the lady reached past my hand and hit “NO TIP” on the card machine. I told her “excuse me, I always tip”. Then when I gave the tip, SHE STILL HAD AN ATTITUDE! So, 10-minutes later, the food came out.
It was not what we were expecting. My wife was so disappointed because she had eaten at a different Steak Up restaurant before. After a few bites of the food, my wife pushed the plate back and closed the lid. My recommendation would be for the owner to do a complete Quality Care, Quality Review of the entire restaurant to include front of the store and kitchen. Start with review of the employees working the front counter.

Ordered ribeye sandwich combo. The steak had a lot of gristle in it. I had to pull the steak out of the sandwich so I could slice it into smaller pieces to eat. The sandwich would be great if the meat quality was good. The portion size for the fries was ok. Not the best quality fries for the price. This combo cost $22. I don’t recommend this particular menu item. The lady taking orders at the counter was friendly, but a guy came from the back and seemed very unhappy. Not smiling and acted like it was a huge inconvenience when another customer asked for a drink refill.

First time eating here today. My daughter and I decided to stop by the MOG today for a bite to eat after a long day and I chose Steak Up. The young man at the counter was courteous and nice. I ordered the salad with grilled chicken for $13, no drink. My daughter chose to eat from a different vendor, we sat with our orders and I was excited to try Brazilian food. I have only eaten Brazilian food from Fogo De Chao, and their food is always delicious!
I was SO disappointed with Steak Up! My grilled chicken was SALTY! The salad (just the greens) was good but the chicken tasted as if I ordered salt with a side of chicken. I couldn’t finish my meal, after a third piece of chicken i had to spit it out because the texture of the chicken felt as if it were RAW! $13 bagged and into the trash. I really tried giving Steak Up the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the one or two pieces of grilled chicken I had may have been sprinkled with too much salt but it was too much salt, I love flavor but i felt my blood pressure increase. I hope the owner takes this review as positive critique, I’ll check back if the reviews say different. Because I have heard of other Steak Up locations being good.

Waited 45 minutes for oily fries, dry hard steak, watery beans, soggy broccoli, and alfredo sauce that tasted like the jar store kind. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star restaurant at the mall but by FAR the worst thing I have ever ate. I paid 77$ to starve for 45 minutes and after I got my food bc I threw it out. Disgusting is an understatement.

Steak up is one of my favourite places at the Mall of GA. The food is delicious and every menu has its own specials in it. But what’s more than that is the stuff. Tammy is very welcoming and talkative person and she takes good care of the customers and Leo in the kitchen is very generous guy and welcoming too. I would definitely recommend this place to those who visit the mall and feel hungry.

I was highly disappointed with the food that was presented to me. I had gotten the pincha steak sandwich which didn’t come with anything except the sandwich which was surprising given the high price. The bread was soggy and the meat was very chewy and had lots of fat on it. I also ordered the fries and was given the bare minimum of quantity and it was unseasoned. Will never be going to this place again.
