Best happy hour and drink prices in bethlehem. $8 smoked old fashion for happy hour and it was delicious. Great lunch specials. $14 chicken katsu bento box and it was perfect. Plus Nick behind the bar could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Not only was the food and ambiance really really nice, the service was really great as well- even today- on New Year’s Day! Usually people seem upset to be working today but our server- Samed- was great ! Amazing recommendations that fit some little comments that my wife and I made to each other. He overheard us and served us perfectly- hot water to soothe our cold bodies after snow tubing. Crab Rangoon as an amazing appetizer along with the crazy roll. The hibachi was excellent! Filet mignon and lobster were both perfectly cooked ! What a great way to start the new year !! Thank you Samed ! Thank you chef(s) !

Placed in downtown Bethlehem it’s a pretty cool concept. You can do hibachi, just dining, bar top, or sushi. We weren’t sure how to take our waitress though she seemed to be relaxed towards us after a bit. Our hibachi cook was really fun and we made sure to tip him when he was done. The food was delicious. The tipping system is a bit much. We tipped the chef then received the check. The 18% gratuities are added for hibachi parties of two or more so that was already on the check. But then they add another line so you can add more tip money. It’s a bit much.

While here for a vacation we stopped at this hibachi place on a Saturday night. It was very busy. The food was excellent and our hibachi chef was great. The sushi was delicious too. I recommend making a reservation if possible so you don’t have to wait too long. We did not have a reservation, but they accommodated us and sat us within five minutes on a busy Saturday night when we are back in the area we definitely will come back.

Everything was delicious and fresh! I had sushi and my boyfriend had the pepper steak entree. We really enjoyed our drinks as well. I had mixed drinks and he was very happy with the beer options.

What a great spot! The staff was super friendly and kind. We got our order in quickly and were seated immediately—no reservation needed (though it was a Tuesday during the off-season in April). The drinks were excellent, and we tried the Crazy Roll and crab rangoons. The rangoons could’ve been a bit fresher, as they seemed reheated, but that’s no fault of the staff. The rice noodle dish with chicken and scallops was absolutely delicious! Portions are generous, so come hungry!

We truly enjoyed ourselves. The chef’s skills while cooking was very entertaining. The food was amazing. Everything we ordered was great. I’ve never had such a flavorful Miso soup. We will definitely be going back.

We stopped in for an early dinner today as we were in the area. We ordered multiple appetizers and 4 hibachi meals. All in all a terrible experience. The hibachi chef cut raw chicken and then immediately proceeded to cut steak which was plated almost immediately after – serious health concern for me. The shrimp was the consistency of cloud sand and the scallops may as well have been rubber bands. Rice was incredibly bland and was left on the grill too long, crispy and burned throughout. Our server Lisa was SUPER NICE but didn’t come check on us to refill beverages – she was too busy eating at the bar area behind us, I suppose. The restaurant itself was quite dirty and not remotely elevated – mismatching plastic plates and bowls, etc. My daughter and I literally took two bites of our meals to know they were awful though the manager refused to remove them from our check. We have been to some AMAZING hibachi restaurants in the area but this was NOT one of them.

UPDATE: vomiting commenced 3.5 hours after consuming one piece of the wet sand shrimp.

RESPONSE TO OWNER’S RESPONSE: This was not an instance of us simply “not liking anything”. Fresh ingredients mean nothing when they are (a) cross contaminated without care (b) cooked improperly (c) seasoned improperly or not at all (d) served in a dirty establishment and (e) come with poor service. On top of everything I’ve mentioned, your wait staff were all sitting together at the bar eating while we were there. I had to get up multiple times to ask for drink refills, etc. I served in many restaurants when I was younger and one cardinal rule was that we never sat down in front of guests, and wouldn’t dream of sitting down and enjoying a full blown meal with our coworkers while we were supposed to be serving our paying guests. We lost $200 at your establishment yesterday while the servers sat and chatted and laughed and enjoyed (a presumably free) meal while we were left without service and without edible food. Why in the world would I want to drive the almost hour back there for a “free meal”? So I can experience the same deeply sub par service and food, only to get sick hours later? No thank you. Honestly, you couldn’t PAY ME to come back. Ever.

I always had a great experience here, both with freshness and quality of the food, and personable servers (**shout out to Sailor who was my server and bartender the last time I visited**). I went for lunch today as you can’t beat the price of the specials there.

(I want to add I am not the type to only review a place after a negative experience, and I hate being this person, but this really did not sit right with me.)

I ordered Bao Buns off of the lunch special menu at $9. My server let me know they no longer had those and suggested another item, the Xiao Buns. I assumed they were not part of the lunch specials, but seeing as that the server suggested them, I gave them a shot. When they arrived at the table, they were not heated all the way through. The server eventually came back to check on us, we told him they were cold in the center, and he took the plate back to the kitchen. He returned shortly after with the same plate missing the dipping sauce leaving no doubt they were microwaved. This was disappointing, but they tasted okay.

What I was really annoyed about was my bill. The Xiao Buns were $21 – more than twice the price of what I tried to order! Like I said, I didn’t assume they were a special, but suggesting a substitute at that price when I was clearly there for $5 rolls was just slimy. Again, my fault for not asking beforehand, but shame on the server for pulling that.

It was an unfortunate experience, but I guess I’ll just be more careful next time when a server suggests a replacement item.
