Steak Out, what a wonderful staff you have! Tonight when I ordered, the lady who took my Order was just amazing, and then Sierra whom is incredible, gathered my food for us and she always greets me with a smile! The food is just out of this world great! I have no words other than your store is beyond phenomenal! I had to delete my other review, which was all great, to let you know you continue to serve the best food, yes a little pricey but understandable with the note you put out on the registers.

Went to this location spent 100.00 dollars on food and went all the way home near lacey spring steak wasn’t separated like we ask my bum and food was dry and soggy so I called Tina explained to her the issue. She was rude and very nasty saying she can give me corporate number or send me a gift certificate for half off the steak sandwiches. I really recommend not going to this location this place is exceptionally horrible .

I moved away in 2004.
The Flavor and Texture of my burger was poor in no way did it even come close to what I remembered.
The delivery was prompt
My food was fresh and hot.
It just wasn’t nearly as flavorful as it used to be.

Definitely not worth the price.. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger to get three little slivers of bacon which was a $2 dollar upcharge. Then to make things worse they don’t do pickles… now the baked potato they left out the cheese and bacon… I paid $40 bucks with a 20 min wait and the only thing not worth throwing away is the plastic cup… I called and manager said that’s the way we do the burgers.. so before you come to a over priced burger joint with no flavor or season to meet hit up tacos bell or Burger King… I hate this was a place to even think about eating at on a visit to Huntsville.
