Hey where’s the toppings? Is this even the burger I ordered..
Paid for and received a shake no one ordered. Whatever those black circles are, they should not have left the kitchen. Ketchup packets all stuck together with some old sticky busted packet. Maybe It’s the full moon on this HallosEve, what can go wrong went wrong this evening. With the exception of the server she was very sweet.

Service was good and the restaurant was clean. We had the breakfast and the pancakes were a little well done and biscuits as well. Everything else was great.

Food was good and tasty and came out fairly quick. Don’t pay the extra .29 for the cajun fries as they are only sprinkled with the same spice that’s already on the table. Lol Lastly, the service seemed impatient and insincere.

Our new favorite go-to place! We live 20 min away but will make a trip just for a burger and shake. Most amazing shakes!!! And burgers are better than any other fast food restaurant. They are made fresh right in front of you. Highly recommend. Friendly staff make it even better.

Let’s start with saying I LOVE steak and shake so this review makes me sad.
Management needs to review different practices.
The restaurant wasn’t packed there were several empty tables. The people that were standing in front of us waited to be seated (yes, they sit you) as they were sitting were asked about their drinks . The table next to us were clearly upset since she said it had been 40 minutes for 2 shakes (which was their only order) we were sat and asked about drinks and after 20 minutes asked if we had received out drinks which obviously we hadn’t also nobody asked for our food order. We decided to wait some more but since nobody brought drinks or took our order we decided to leave. There were clearly several customers upset. The kitchen was full and didn’t seem under staffed.
My suggestions would be assign tables to servers and have drive through and eat in but not order to go and wait there since it seems to create more confusion.
I really hope they can make it so I can keep enjoying their burgers.
Also I have been to this steak and shake twice before. The first time they were pretty new and got our order wrong and took about 30 minutes to get our order. The second time also took long to get our order and forgot part of it.

The food and shakes are alright at best. Nothing special.
The worst part of my experiences have been with the long wait times.
Almost an hour wait when I go. The staff always gets orders messed up.
If you order a shake you’ll sit there forever waiting.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. We came in a little before 3:00 and at that time there were only 6 tables with people. We were seated and sat and sat and sat, while I watched people cleaning off tables while we were still waiting. 2 tables left so there was only 4. Tables that wasn’t even 4 people per table and we still did not get any service. The floors were absolutely disgustingly filthy. We still haven’t been addressed for any type of order or drink or anything, so we finally got up and left. I was there a month ago when they first opened, and they were getting slammed. But today it was just as bad, if not worse, which is unacceptable. Will NOT ever go back to that location. This location will give steak and shake a bad name especially if you haven’t been to other locations. Highly recommend not going there.

Have tried the new place 3 times and 2/3 times my food was cold. I don’t think a grilled cheese sandwich should be cold- especially after waiting 30 minutes for it. We were there tonight & our waitress seemed to have forgotten about us on more than one occasion. 3 different people had to help us because she was nowhere to be found. Very disappointed. I understand the place is new & everyone is trying to work out the kinks, but I feel it should run better than this.

Once we were seated it took a long time for anyone to come take our order, 15 min or so. After that we got our shakes quick and then got our food quick, but neither one were anything to talk about. The burger had a good flavor, but you had to hunt for the meat. If it hadn’t been for the bacon I would have thought it was a veggie burger, plenty of tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickle. The was ok, but not really good. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
