Food was good and tasty and came out fairly quick. Don’t pay the extra .29 for the cajun fries as they are only sprinkled with the same spice that’s already on the table. Lol Lastly, the service seemed impatient and insincere.

Our new favorite go-to place! We live 20 min away but will make a trip just for a burger and shake. Most amazing shakes!!! And burgers are better than any other fast food restaurant. They are made fresh right in front of you. Highly recommend. Friendly staff make it even better.

I love Steak and Shake. We do not have them where we live, on travel we stopped. First off out of mushroom Swiss. That’s fine so we order..extremely cold meat and fries. She delivers food. Asks if we need anything. Salt and ketchup please. Ketchup in to go packs ( I wanted to go I would not dined in) they were out of salt. Yum.. cold unsalted fries. We had to have her clean the table off so we could sit down. Food all over it. While we were eating and talking she was yelling to the cooks so loud you could heard her in China. Extremely loud! Not the normal order yell. No refills. Didn’t even offer!!! Used the ladies room. One toilet was clogged up and no soap. Thanks for a lovely meal while traveling. Stay away from this place! It was terrible. And filthy.

We ordered 2 of the 5 piece Chicken Fingers N Fries and 2 chocolate shakes. When we got to the window we were told they ran out of chocolate syrup so we changed our shakes. When we got home with our food we were missing one of our Chicken Fingers and Fries. Speed of service is important but I think the crew needs to slow down, take a breath and double check what’s in the bag with what’s on the receipt. Also whoever does the inventory and ordering needs to make sure they are on top of things. Service was friendly and the food was hot. Shakes were delicious.

Staff was very friendly and our food was ready pretty quick. We stopped at this location as my wife wanted to try the garlic butter burger here after trying it at the Branson location a few days ago. Branson’s location looked they dabbed a tiny bit on the meat itself so it was weak on the garlic butter flavor. This location appeared to have completely saturated the entire bun and burger so it was extremely overpowering with the garlic butter. A mix of the two locations would have been perfect.

Once we were seated it took a long time for anyone to come take our order, 15 min or so. After that we got our shakes quick and then got our food quick, but neither one were anything to talk about. The burger had a good flavor, but you had to hunt for the meat. If it hadn’t been for the bacon I would have thought it was a veggie burger, plenty of tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickle. The was ok, but not really good. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
