This was the cleanest Steak n Shake I have ever been in. Our waitress was very attentive. Our group kept adding food after the bill came and she was understanding and polite. I had a bacon cheeseburger. I really like that their patties are wider than the bun. All of our food was brought out timely.

We went through the drive-through and the person taking our order was courteous and thorough. He repeated our order back to us and asked for any sauces. Our order was ready as soon as we pulled up to the window and everything was delicious! The new fries are perfectly crispy and full of flavor. We were also able to get a double cheeseburger, upgrade to a large fry, and a chocolate shake for $13. Great experience!

Other Steak N Shakes need to learn from this place. Best Stake N Shake I’ve ate at. No electronic to take your order. You walk in, sit down, order, and get your food. Food was good and came out very fast. Waitress (Manager in front) was amazing and very polite. Will definitely eat here again and would recommend it to anyone.

My son and I had a daddy lunch here on 4/7/23. Our waitress was Monica and she was delightful. Super sweet and respectful. She was prompt and friendly. This steak and shake obviously cares about their store because it was incredibly clean which is usually not a strong suit for steak n shakes. Bravo to all the staff and the store manager for keeping up the cleanliness of the store. Also, the Frisco Melt and cheese fries were out of this world!!

I’m so glad I made a second stop for this delicious melty meat stack. It’s been a while since I’ve stopped here. I usually just settle on McDonald’s when my daughter begs for a happy meal. Their burgers are way better, old fashioned style. Their fries are similar to McDonald’s cut, but I think they are better as well. It was well worth the extra stop tonight. ❤️ Made my day. Thank you

I made the mistake of actually going in and ordering something. I’ve been here 20 minutes and still have not received my order of one hamburger and fries. The people that ordered 5 minutes after me are getting their food now.
