30 mins in drive through to get cold food, rude service, and multiple attempted lies. Check your stuff. They say it’s in the bag but can clearly see things on counter. The shake they gave me was about half way filled. Must be because it was half priced happy hour. I asked for receipt and was told it’s there but when I went to look at it all the sudden her computer wouldn’t print. I will never return! Best part. Just found think Black hair in my cheese cup

It is 6:14 pm now I have been in the drive through since 5:50pm. Unfortunately they have a barrier so you can’t leave the line. I ordered a double burger no cheese and no onions and a medium fry. When I got to the window I was asked ‘what my order was?’ again ……

Gross! Absolutely gross! Horrible, rude, pugnacious and slow service! I will never come back! Shake was ok, but the cup was not at all full. I thought about giving two stars since the milkshakes tasted ok, but seriously, the food was nasty! The equipment that could be seen from the service window was scummy and dirty. Sandwiches we’re smashed, and screamed, “I hate my job!” The baby wouldn’t even eat it, and she eats dirt! Poor thing threw up the few bites she did try shortly after dinner. The people messed up our order, after taking an eon to prepare 4 sandwiches. I would not trust this “restaurant” with the health of my children again, nor would I waste my nearly $30 on 4 orders. Arby’s is next door, I wish I had taken everybody there.

Wonderful, fresh food. Wait wasn’t bad at all, especially in the last hour of them being open for the day. Our server Daniell (not sure if spelled correctly) did great and was very attentive!

never been to this location when it was open but I do like visiting it sometimes since it was abandoned surprisingly a lot of the stuff in there is still left in there great place for urban exploring

Was so excited to go to a steak n shake since they have all been closed. The service was horrible the food was cold and not good had to ask twice for drinks and didnt get all my food had to ask for that as well! Everyone there was complaining!!
