I’m not one to make bad reviews but I’ve never in my life had such an awful experience at a fast food restaurant before. We ordered 3 kids meals & 2 burger meals, 3 shakes & a couple juice boxes in the drive through. Each kids meals had no fries, we didn’t get any of the sauces, no napkins at all & we received half of someone elses order of some kind of chilli spaghetti? Even after fixing the order the fries were cold, chicken was cold. Burgers were alright. Shakes shined & it was nice they let us keep the spaghetti. Absolutely not worth $47 with all the options around & it felt comical to have so many mistakes in one order.

Took about 30 minutes to get a burger and fries. Very clearly needing more people. Prioritized the drive through more than inside orders causing the long wait time. Over all staff seems to be doing the best they can with the little staff they had.

This location was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I usually value great customer service and would typically drive away if treated poorly, but this was a nostalgic stop for our family while visiting. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, I greeted the staff politely and tried to engage kindly, but I was ignored and then spoken to rudely. When I asked if anyone was there, the employee responded with “I’m just waiting on you,” which felt completely unacceptable.
I tried to stay calm because my kids were excited, but this type of treatment is not something I would normally tolerate. While I hope the employee may have been having a bad day or it was a busy holiday period, this experience was unprofessional, and we will not be returning to this location. I hope management considers additional training or support for staff, as this was a very negative experience.

It’s like watching paint dry going through the drive thru. 30 minute wait when I ordered on the app while nobody is here. The workers are awful. Girl with freckles needs an attitude adjustment. Wanted to act hard saying we weren’t ordering smart when we literally ordered off their app. I ask for a refund and they say they canceled my order and I get home and they completed the order so now I get no food, was charged, and waited 30 minutes. Seems like their MANAGER likes to SCAM multiple people in these reviews by saying “he doesn’t know how to refund”. Then how are you the manager?? I’ll be talking to corporate…

The western bbq bacon burger was great, messy but don’t change it! The fries were cold. I don’t like that there us no counter person just a screen, staff were definitely not happy to be at work that day, I know why the parking lot was empty. Also don’t like the refill scan thing.

Food always tastes and looks amazing, the temperature is on point.
I always order my burger with lettuce and tomato and the quality is 10/10.

I am old school and would rather be able to talk to a real person and give my order to and they write it down which takes a whole lot less time, rather than have to stand there trying to figure out how to use the stupid kiosk machines to even be able to place an order. It took way too long.
Next, I don’t know what I paid for because as you can see by the pics that my burger was smaller than my hand and so was my husband’s and both burgers were over $7. The meat was paper thin and tasteless. The kiosk makes them look real big and good but when you get your food it’s a joke.

The shake machine was broken and when asking for a refund one little snowflake about had a meltdown. The manager was very respectful about it. Why no one figured out how to post a sign so folks stop ordering Shakes is beyond me.
