The food was good but as always it takes forever for the shakes and the atmosphere is not the same without the waitstaff. The dining area needed to be cleaned. On a Friday night only 3 people in the dining room at 8pm. I know they’re trying to save on labor but they have to do better

After covid, they got rid of the servers. It has been the best decision steak n shake has made. Since then, you’ll get your drinks and beverages quicker, the place is pretty well kept. The cooks are nice. Food is delicious and well worth the price.
