I’ve never been into a steak and shake before in my life so I thought I would give it a try. I thought the fries were amazing because they were freshly cooked and hot, I ordered the double cheeseburger which also tasted fresh , it looked good and it was probably about the best fast food Burger I’ve ever had honestly. The reason for four stars is because you order off of a kiosk and then when you’re making payment it asks you for a tip. I have a hard time tipping when I’m standing at a counter ordering from a kiosk and then wait for my name to be called. I also hate this because you feel like you haven’t even got your food or any kind of service at all yet, and I feel like I’m a little bit squeezed because if I don’t give a tip is somebody going to do something to my food? Anyway I did not tip because I ordered at a counter and my name is called when it was done.

My expectation was a sit down restaurant, where our food was brought to us by a server and the vibes are honestly determined by your server just depends on their mood. That is not what I got.
We walked in and all we see are kiosks on the counter where cash registers used to be. Turn to your left and more kiosks. Ok, we have never used one of those before, but we ordered our food. We both got meals. It wasn’t complicated to use, but we didn’t really make changes to our orders. After ordering we sat down at a table in front of the soda machine counter. (Where all the condiments and napkins and lids are at.) I ordered a shake and my fiancé ordered a soda. We looked ridiculous trying to get his soda. He made me go up there and try, thinking he was crazy. Well, he wasn’t. You need the barcode off of the receipt to allow the soda machine to work. ♀️So, we have his soda, they call my name for my shake and then our food. It wasn’t a terrible ♀️ wait for only 2 cooks. The food was OK. For the size of the fries you should get more than what we got. The burger was alright as well. Nothing special. Not the same vibe I was hoping for.

Only place I’ll go to eat a burger. I absolutely LOVE their butter burger with extra grilled onions, and cheesy fries. It’s all just so delicious Highly recommend… don’t ever go out of business! People, keep coming here!

I have worked food service for more than half my life, i dont feel great saying this. But this is the and or probably worst place consistantly i have ordered food from. Today is the third time in a span of 3 months where they completely screw
up a simple order. Two burgers, and a shake. The issue is they put the wrong toppings on each burger, including topings we didnt pay for. Its as if someone is dyslexic and or missmatched our burgers toppings. Not to mention the tomato on one of these burgers is two inches thick see pic. Again ive worked food service, i understand the struggles i normally would never do this but this is so bad im breaking my own rules. This is embarassing, and three times in a row for a simple order, this is just stupid and a waste of my money and time. Also for a third time when i call the store, the phone rings indefinitely. It just keeps getting worse everytime i go there with my family

Very nice place to eat. Waitresses are nice and quick. Clean booths and bathrooms, also a secret menu item: 7 for 7. 7 patties, with cheese. Can add anything that comes on a burger (lettuce, tomato, mayo, etc.)for no additional charge for a whopping $9! I got mine with no pickle and tomato and an egg cracked on top of it ($.79 charge). And could barely finish it. The shakes are made quickly and neat without sticky or a mess on the cup. I always tip at least 10$, which is usually half my order price because the waitress here busts her butt remembering our drinks and shakes, also having our drinks and shakes done quickly.

By far the most disgusting resturant iv ever been in. There was urine all over the men’s bathroom. There were shoe prints on the toilet seats. The soap dispenser was busted off the wall and sitting on the counter the wall mounted trash can was busted off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was no ketchup. Half of the fountain drinks were out the tables were filthy and the floor was sticky like it’s been getting mopped with the fountain drinks they won’t refill. The grill was so dirty the entire place was full of smoke And to top it all off the cook had her kids there being loud and rude the entire time.

Customers that got there 10 after we did got to order and get there food first. We put order in and waiter did not bring us accurate order. I also asked for coffee with creamer, he brought creamer & coffee but gave me nothing to stir it with. Had to keep calling him over to our table . I asked for the Jalapeno burger which comes with pepper Jack cheese, chipotle mayonaise salsa & jalapenos….it had chipotle mayonaise and jslspeno but NO salsa.

My daughter and I went to get shakes, and they were delicious, as usual, but the service was really slow. There was no one else in the restaurant, and maybe a couple cars in the drive through, but it took 15 minutes to get two shakes. We were worried about running out of time, so we ordered another to-go for my other daughter, which only took about 5 minutes. Staff were friendly, and the food was good, just slow.

Walked inside and we were never greeted. Ordered on the kiosk. Got our food, I realized they forgot something on my husband’s order so went back up to the counter to find BOTH employees just standing by the drive thru window and sitting in the dining room on their phones. Never acknowledged until I had to shout for one of them. Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. Also they were to busy on their phones to fill the ice on the coke machine which was totally empty. Lazy employees. Take your business elsewhere.
