It’s door dash that sucks. I got my food. But they dropped my lemonade and ice cream in the parking lot. It made a huge mess. I have a picture of it.They didn’t tell me or clean it up. I called steak n shake. They couldn’t reimburse me. They told me to come in and talk to the manager about it. And get my lemonade and ice cream.

I used to really enjoy coming here and eating but that was 10 plus years ago or so. The cleanliness consistency and quality have gone downhill a lot. From getting hair in my food, flies in my drinks, dirty tables/silverware and slow service. It bums me out because I would love to go back to the old steak and shake.

I came in today right before midnight and they were slammed. They not only gave me my order quickly but the guy tried to apologize cuz his ice cream machine wasn’t working properly. I told him thank you for trying his hardest not going to lie still one of the best milkshakes I ever had

New set up with kiosks, wanted to make sure my order was right, since it was my first time using it and I had a big order. No one wanted to help. The black older woman that works up front was more interested in visiting her friends in the lobby. Throw the whole crew away, customer service is terrible at this place.
