First time eating in here, i normally get doordash. The seating is nice and very roomy. No one was really in there at lunch time so it was great. The claw machine had squishmallows and caught my attention real quick . Everything is electronic for placing an order but they do call your name over the microphone. My food was great, the onion rings were really good! The fries always outbeat McDonalds. Really prefer this location

The garlic burger is brushed on top with garlic oil. It has good flavor of garlic but is very greasy and more salty than I’d like. The patty was very thin, but this can be ordered as a double. The fries are shoestring, I’d prefer thicker fries. I do appreciate the ketchup they provide for to-go orders, it is the tip kind as opposed to the squeeze packets.

The staff is amazing. I couldnt figure out the kiosk but they were very patient with assisting me. The food came out hot and fast. Under promised and over delivered , much better than I expected. And my milkshake was fantastic!

The food is delicious, and somehow, the fries are always crispy and never soggy.. I love it. I would definitely recommend the chicken strips (they are actually strips and not just one big chicken brest breaded)and the cheese fries.

We haven’t been here since before covid, and it was a bit disappointing to see there is no longer table service, and that their menu had shrunk significantly. BUT knowing that a lot of the other restaurants in the chain have closed I’ll take their garlic steakburger any way I can get it. I’ll travel the border for another one asap

I haven’t eaten at a steak n shake for a while now. Since they closed the one near Lakeside mall. When we went in i was confused at first. Then i realized there were no servers. All the staff was behind the counter and you have to order thru the kiosk whether for dine in or carry out. It was a bit of a struggle ordering at the kiosk because we were looking for our favorites…we were disappointed. They have a limited menu now. They took away the royal burger,frisco burger, and sliders. The side by side shakes are gone as well as my favorite chocolate covered strawberry shake. So i ended up ordering a western burger and fries and a drink. Everything was disposable except the red basket and the trays. The spiced vinegar and the steak n shake seasoning are gone. They call out the order number and you get your own cutlery. The drinks are self serve as well. Luckily the burgers are still good and the fries…i cant stop eating coz its so good! I miss my vinegar though 🙁 so check out the menu before you go because of the limited menu. The other customers were looking for chicken tenders for their little ones and they didn’t have it.
