I went to stop for food before hitting the road we ordered 4 burgers and a hot dog the order was placed at 3:41pm by 4:05 I got impatient there is no way a burger spot shot take almost 30 mins to make burgers! The cook was taking her sweet time then when I asked for a refund the manager tried to partially refund the money and charge for drinks. Which was not acceptable it’s not our fault that the kitchen is terribly slow and we didn’t stop for drinks. They need a new staff they have manager working 7days that was complaining. The store was not that busy to have customers waiting 30 mins to eat. For the manager to think it would be ok to keep any amount for a cut of pop and they had us waiting over 30 mins to eat is ridiculous! The lobby was dirty and the staff is not welcoming would not recommend

pening I’m guessing but these burgers are top notch and clean tasting. You can taste the quality. So much better than 99% of fast food. I’d say give it a try again and keep them in business, we don’t need another McDonalds!

Was mid at best the burger was okay but lacked seasoning and much flavor in general. The same goes for the chicken tenders no seasoning at all. The fried were by far the worst they do the real thin cut fries and dont salt them well. The milkshakes are incredible and I highly recommend those. Overall this wasnt a great experience…I feel like there are alot of better fast food options out there.

Big fan of Steak ‘n Shake and this location did not disappoint!
Stopped in on way through the area an got the double burger fries and an egg nog shake.
Burger was a solid, well cooked and well seasoned burger. The Egg nog shake was outstanding and I’m so glad I gave it a try!
Staff was friendly and asked a couple time if everything was to our liking.
Would recommend!

Ordered from here a few days ago and became violently ill only 8 hours later. I have eaten inside once or twice and the cleanliness of the resturaunt is hit or miss. Deffinetly not worth missing a day of work for food poisoning.

The food is great and cheap, so I’ll be back for that reason. However, the pop machine was out of order, garbages were overflowing, no napkins, no counter service only kiosks. I had a code to use for a free milkshake and I was told that I could only use it in the drive through. We ordered our meals from the kiosk inside and ate in there as well. The food took a little longer than I expected, but it was great. After we ate, I tried getting my free milkshake through the drive though and waiting in line for almost a half an hour before finally pulling off because I had better things to do. This was upsetting. There should be an option to enter the code on the kiosks inside OR they should be able to ring it up properly inside without having to go through the drive through.

My son and I have been faithful customers for quite some time. Service is always on point and food is delicious. I am very happy they are now using beef tallow for cooking. I respect that decision and will be referring more customers to this location. Thank you.

The bar was set low when we decided to give Steak n Shake a try for the first time in like 10 years. But when we walked in, the damn bar fell on the floor! Not a worker in sight, and the only option was to order on kiosk… which is sorta fine except two kiosks were “out of order” and another was only taking cash. So we had to wait to order off the only working credit kiosks. The restaurant was EMPTY, the a/c was blasting cold air, tables were dirty and without any music on, the silence was giving off dystopian/ serial killer vibes. The WORST part was getting your pop. The pop machine is in POP PRISON! You have to scan a QR on your receipt to unlock the machine! Then when a group of boomers came in, I had to help them figure out the pop machine prison because there was no worker or even sign on how to free the damn pop. I ordered a Garlic Butter Burger and let me tell you they just soaked the bun in butter and dumped about half a shaker of garlic salt on top, so so salty. This was about 6pm on a Friday night and I thought we were in the backrooms of restaurant hell. If you want proof that we live in a simulation then come here. Really we tried it because I remembered reading about some kid that protested with a sign to reopen this… he should be embarrassed.

It has been a few years since going to Steak and Shake. Wanted a burger so decided to go back… Unfortunately, you have to order by a kiosk (wife wanted fries with chili to dip them in, but her fries were swapped out for chili and at an upcharge). Cheese on burgers were cold. Really missed waiters/waitresses taking our orders and bring us the food. The atmosphere and warm feelings of Steak and Shake are gone. Probably will take 5 or more years to forget and try them again.

We placed an order for the dining room with 1 order in front of us. We waited 40 minutes and received cold food. The whole time we were waiting our burgers the cooked patties and buns were sitting on the board getting ice cold. When we let the manager know she just walked away. We asked the employees to get the manager so we could get a refund and go somewhere else and it took another 20 minutes. We used to come here all the time but the quality and service is terrible now.
