Didn’t have much interaction with employees other than getting my food at the counter from them. Burgers, fries, strawberry and mint chocolate shakes were good. You order at the kiosk which is convenient. For what you expect at this type of restaurant it should get a 4 out of 5 stars but, I’m giving it 2 stars because the toilets were in bad shape (in both men and womens restroom). Floor in men’s restroom was sticky especially by urinal. There were 2 customers when we arrived and at least 4-5 employees that I saw. Someone should be checking and cleaning their restrooms. Would normally had walked out without ordering but, we were in a rush and didn’t want to go anywhere else. Steak and Shake must do better.

Steak ‘n Shake is a favorite of mine. They’ve made changes since my last visit. You place your order at a kiosk, there’s no cashier. I was a little confused because I was dining in, but the cook was so friendly and helped me out. The food was delicious! I’ve gotta make my way back there. I ordered a shake, but I knew I didn’t want to rush drinking it because I didn’t have much time. When, I requested it in a to-go cup, the other guy was very friendly about it. They even brought it to my table. I’m impressed by the service I received there. Overall, the place was clean and smelled nice. They were a little behind on wiping down tables, but I was able to find a suitable seat. I placed a carryout order before leaving, and it was prepared rather quickly. I’d recommend this place.

I went here and they have ordering screens and no cashier which is smart but doesn’t feel very friendly in my opinion. You miss out on the interaction which for some they look forward to it. However very convenient for those who are less social. They had a good selection of food and milkshakes, however the food I ordered came out cold which was not worth it. The milkshakes were good but besides those I wouldn’t go there again.

Absolute garbage food from Steak ‘n Shake and an absolute garbage delivery from Grubhub. Forgot both milkshakes. Nothing on any of the burgers that is supposed to be included; pickles, onions, lettuce, KETCHUP AND MUSTARD. Couldn’t have done worse if they tried. We love Steak ‘n Shake but this might be our last order from them.

I ordered some food for lunch while on my break. The fries were cold. When I opened my cup to eat some ice, I seen an knat swimming inside of the cup. This location is on Grape Rd. I have reached out 10 times to reach a manager to speak with them about this situation and nobody has answered the phone. I do not have the time to go back and drive to get this rectified. I am highly upset because this was my lunch break and I understand but there was not that many people in line to not have anyone answer the phone.

One of a lady friend from my church went to steak and shake to get me something to eat I guess she didn’t like what one of the employee was doing she felt it he should wash his hands make the story short when they fix a shake it was in a small cup not a cup the shake comes in there was no whip cream on it it was in a small cup for a kid some one put 2 cherry in my shake when I saw that I couldn’t eat the rest of my food I don’t know if they thought it was for her they was rigging it up being pisst off at her I just got out the hospital I really wanted some steak and shake after that person did what they done I won’t be back I’m sharing with others what had happened on 7-27-23 around about 6:30 that was ruined and uncalled for I could had a allergic reaction to the cherry I always love steak and shake I was disappointed behind it I pray they get better

I worked here. Half the workers don’t use gloves. The grill cook gets there apron and clothes on the burgers. They have hair in there mayo/ other toppings. Workers are disgusting management is trash. Male and female workers are disgusting talk about inappropriate things all day they rather play the claw machine than work and attend customers properly. Mind you I got fired for speaking my mind ♂️
