0 stars as to the service that is provided from this SnS! I ordered a Frisco Melt combo and after a few bites of a soggy, over-salted sandwich I was done! They used a cheap version regular bread vs the sour dough toasted bread that usually comes with that particular sandwich that I’m used to! I spoke with the manager and he could care less about the quality of the food they served and instead offered me to bring it back! ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR MY GAS AND TIME???The purpose for me to send my son is because I’m not feeling well and wanted something I haven’t had in a while in hopes to feeling better! The drive and time there alone is more than $15.I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE AGAIN!!!

Hit the drive through a little late today – around 9pm. I got the butter single with chili cheese fries and wife got the single with bacon and cheese and fries. Everything tasted great and fresh! Often later visits can be rough at restaurats, but not the case here, the service and food were both great.
Our previous visit to this we also noted that the fries are crispy and just taste awesome. We really like the new beef tallow they’ve been using to fry them in.

Showed up with a group of 30 teens. Food came out fast and hot! Shakes were great. Staff was super friendly. My only complaint was the kiosks to order. Not okay with that business model. Coke products. Garlic burger was on point.

Note, if they weren’t cooking and bagging orders they were all attending to the cleanliness of the dining room, not standing around on their phones! Novel idea. We all need to support this location..

UPDATED REVIEW: The place has really changed in the past few years. This is my first time returning to the restaurant and I was very unimpressed. I attended with my elderly grandma and she was very confused the entire time. Everything is automated now, and there are very few signs saying how it works. The drink station is the WORST. There are no signs telling you that you must scan the qr code from the order you place on the self serve kiosk, and the drink starion works for about 30 seconds then shuts off. The qr code DOES work repeatedly, but it is very dissapointing that elders have no idea what to do as there isnt any signs! There was no staff available as they were all in the back of the kitchen and the burger lady was very busy. The kiosk even has the audacity to ask for a tip! Why would I tip when i do all the service work myself? I always tip waiters at sit down restraunts, but this place is like an automated mcdonalds now. The food was very good quality, but dine in experience is very dissapointing. Hopefully the drive thru staff are nice now!

I always get the exact same meal, and this time I was told that it was against policy to give certain meals to drive thru, and they were only on the menu for reference. I went there later that night and a man took the exact same order, but didn’t mention anything about it being “again the rules”

The atmosphere was very impersonation no one greeted you when you walked in. There are no waitresses or waiters any more instead you have to order from a kiosk. They no longer have the pepper sauce in the bottles anymore. It was just an odd experience that i wasn’t used to having from steak and shake. Now I haven’t been in years so I was not aware of the change and i wanted to go cause i was craving the 5 way chilli and they have great burgers. After ordering from the kiosk it took the joy away from being theres. So i just got the chilli and a small fry. My bf got two garlic burgers and a large fry. The 5 way chilli was good. But the atmosphere was not. Will i go back yes because the 5 way chilli and burgers are really good. Will i ever eat inside again no. You get more interaction going through the drive thru.
