Genuinely so friendly, was greeted when walking in. Servers were so nice and helpful, they brung us our food, took our trash and wished us good day. Even though they’ve converted to the kiosks, they still are very involved with customers and make them feel welcomed. The food was great and came out fast!

They now have an kiosk to order and everything runs pretty smoothly amd efficiently. The only issue i had is that they have a receipt that you have to scam every time you need to use the soda machine and it worked almost the whole time except for the last refill. Im not sure if there’s a refill limit or time limit to use the soda fountain, but had to have an employee help refill my drink by taking it behind the counter to refill. Outside of this, food was great, fresh, and friendly atmosphere to make memories with friends and family.

We just had a very pleasant experience at this Steak and Shake location. The girl at the drive through had great customer service. She was kind and patient and didn’t make us feel rushed. Our order was correct, fresh and hot. They were also quick to get our order out. I will definitely be returning and hopefully we get the same service we recieved tonight. Good job Team we appreciate you.

It has been years since I’ve gone to StakenShake because of their changes. I definitely miss the servers. However, the gentleman that was working the kitchen and floor was extremely polite and funny. He made the experience slightly closer to what stakenshake used to be. I did not get his name or else I would mention it. He worked on New Years Eve around 3pm. I would like to thank him for a wonderful experience.

I went through the drive through to get myself a shake and a burger for my dog. I ordered a single patty, no bun. The server got it immediately that I was ordering for my 4 legged kid. He was friendly and service was prompt. I ordered a red velvet shake for myself – it was one of the best shakes I ever had. After waiting somewhat patiently, Shenzi devoured her burger!

I ordered my food online for pickup. I selected a 6p pick up due to thinking interstate traffic would have me pushing an earlier time, but as luck would have it, traffic was smooth sailing and I got there 30 minutes early. I called to let them know I was there and they worked on getting my meal made quickly. I didn’t get one of drinks for my combo meals, but an arm wrestling match decided the winner of the large Coke and besides the shakes were received and that truly is what matters. Food was good and the team member that brought it out to the car was friendly. Overall, this is definitely the best Steak n Shake around town.

The manager at Stop 11 & US31 tells me that they have been using too much chili, so they fill mine up just past half. Then, the garlic burger is never made correct. I’ve been here 3 times over the past couple of months, and it’s always the same. Now, the Steak N Shake in Greenwood off of 135 north of Main St. does it right every time I’ve been there. The first two photos are obviously from the Stop 11 location, and others are from 135 location.

Place was busy at drive thru and steady inside as well, uses the newest in technology – Soda machine is amazing. Food was fresh and kiosk was easy to use. Place was clean and all went well. First time since 2019 that I stepped foot inside any Steak n Shake. Nice job!!!!
