If you are not good at serving the public, you should not be in public service. Maybe someone is having a difficult day and you make it worse. It is good for business owners to visit the places and feel the bad attention of these people who damage businesses and are simply going to damage another. Having a good education is free and can improve or worsen other people’s days. The facilities of this place are suitable to be something very good, but with unpleasant people it is difficult for people to want to go there. I thought a lot to write, but it’s good that the owners check their staff and we smile when we GO TO BUY A SERVICE OR PRODUCT

I have lived here for over 3.5 years. This place is five minutes from my home. The French fries were the best I think I have ever had. I also got a bacon double cheese steak burger which was also very good. And to top it off the dreamcicle freeze. Oh and the drink with my meal was a sprite. Altogether, it was just over $13. I will definitely be going again. I am sorry it took me 3.5 years to try it.

This establishment is continually going down hill. Today I was gifted a free lunch from my sister and I ordered a dbl. cheese burger w/ fries and a chocolate milkshake. The shake was very good, nice and thick. The burger was ok just the lettuce and pickles were limp and I had to discard them. The fries were saturated with grease and I really can’t eat a heap of greasy potatoes. And the kicker was the catchup was expired. No more steak and shake.

Best steak and shake location in Indy I’ve been too since living over in the fall creek area back in August 2024 . I’ve had this location multiple times and they are always polite , food is always fresh and hot, the workers actually like their job. The bathrooms are always clean . Everything top shape !! – Order was missing fries. For an (apparently) 11 dollar meal from a fast food place where the job is straightforward, no line, and that has about 3-4 person staff, this should not happen.
– Chili Mac had no seasoning/no normal flavor of a chili mac. Just ground beef. The grease was not drained from the beef. The beef was also burnt. Again, there was no line. The job was simple. Just do it right.
This was my first time trying this location and I honestly will not be visiting again. I can’t even finish the chili Mac because it is so flavorless and drowned in grease.

Pretty much every steak and shake I’ve been to in Indy has been great. Food is always fresh and tastes like I like. The business as a whole has really stepped their game up, and this location is no different. Order here with confidence that your order will be correct and taste like you expect it to.

I have not been to a steak and shake in a very long time. They closed the ones in Michigan near me . How wonderful this visit was. Food was great. service was wonderful. The restaurant was extremely clean and the wash room was one of the cleanest. I love this restaurant.
