Had a double steak burger very good. The cheese fries were delimiss. Ed the sit down service of years ago, but was efficient and fast prices were good. You do a self-service kiosk. Then they call your name when done.

The last time I went through the drive thru, I considered getting a part time job here just for the vibes!! Both workers that I interacted with, one over the speaker who gave me my drink, and the other that brought my food out once I pulled up had an amazing energy about them. The guy with the red and black hair and I think the girl was a manager because she had a different shirt on. Anyways their energy was infectious and really left an impact on my day. I think the guys name was Mikey over the speaker but I didn’t get the name of the other worker. Fantastic workers!!

I haven’t been in to a Steak n Shake in years. In fact maybe multiple decades. But we went in because they fry in beef tallow. A much healthier choice than cheap processed seed oils. They will now be my new go to when I want a burger and fries. Plus they have amazing shakes!
The manager, I believe his name was Brian, at the Wilmington Ave location, could not have been more helpful and kind. Will definitely go back. It was clean and fresh and everyone was so nice.

I had mixed feelings about the decision that was made to get rid of the servers inside the restaurant, but today everything was perfect. The food was hot, delicious and the gentleman that brought it out was very polite. The whole family finished the meal off with a signature shake as well. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Overall great. The food was good, the service was fast and incredibly friendly. I recommend! A great place to stop on a business trip. My only complaint is that they are now entirely remote order and they had some issues with the system, other than that it’s fantastic and a great place to take the wifu out to eat!

Ff were hard sticks. Awful they were out of pickles steak burger was dry. No ice in ice tea or a straw. This is site by Dayton mall. Very disappointed. Bought Childs milkshake she enjoyed it.

First time at Steak and Shake in a while. Service was extremely fast given we had a large group with us. Shakes and burgers are amazing. I find that the kiosk ordering system works very well. Would definitely recommend.
